To make matters worse halfway through the carwash they lost power or something and we were stranded in the wash for 5 to 10 minutes when it should have only taken that time to get it done sitting with the jeep idling and nobody's saying anything to us. The manager eventually made his way out to the tunnel and assured us that everything was OK and that help was on its way, but shortly after the energy was renewed to the carwash, and we were able to pull the vehicles out of the tunnel. The manager gave us an options in order to move forward after what happened, we decided to go with a full refund and go elsewhere later since we were trying to get somewhere on the other side of town. Although it seems like things were going south with this experience, the manager turned things around and did a great job to be sure we were satisfied with the service there. They have competitive prices with other car washes we've been to of this type, and we would possibly return to this one in the future.
