Don't pay shop fees unless notified first. FF had an oil change promo. but when the bill came they charged shop fees. However when the co-owner Wanda looked up the add, it said nothing about shop fees, so she credited the bill. BTW Wanda, not all shops charge these ADD ONS. WE reconciled and I gave her a Cadbury and she gave me a carwash, but now she won't sell me tires. Delavan F and F ruined my bmw tire lugs! They striped my lugs so bad I had to spend hundreds of dollars to have them removed. They were clueless. Don't go there, cat fur and trashy place read more

Great as a tire shop! Fast service. However, their car wash very rarely has actual detergent (soap) operating so you are only getting a water wash. Your car will not look decent. I have complained and nothing gets remedied. Too bad, as I said nice people and should close the wash. read more

Was fair had to return after a new tire change due to leakage of air, they replaced the air valves on the new tires

I brought my Honda Accord in for an oil change and checkup before starting on a 2000 mile trip. We had used them once before and they did an excellent job. Well the oil was changed but they forget to reinstall the oil cap.. we got about an hour away and got a low oil pressure light and the engine starting chattering. So we stopped and checked the oil. Popped the hood and the entire left hand side of the engine and hoses was completely covered in oil. All of it had come out.. Seems obvious that a simple check before closing the hood could had solved the problem. Careless!!! read more

Took my car in for two new rare tires. Did not install the correct tires per manufactures rating for my car and scratched both of my rims that cost $500 each. Refused to give me their companies insurance information for me to file a claim. I came out in a worst position than when I came in and they would not make it right. Had to file a police report because they damaged my personal property and refused to take accountability. This place is a liability and operates under unsavory conditions. Their problems quickly became my problems. Karma will sort this out for them and for me you will see. read more

*****BEWARE!!!!**** THIS SHOP IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE if you're looking for a business that actually cares about helping the customer. Woman in the front office is horribly rude. She puts on a nice fake front but in actuality she is extremely unfriendly and has no customer service skills. I called due to a tire losing air quickly. Came in and was told it was the sensor on my tire stem. The tech assured me that this rubber piece he was going to put on would stop any and all leaking. Charged me $80 for it... fine. Wake up the next morning (today) to that tire being totally flat. Thankfully I have a pump at home. Called f&f and was told to bring it back. No apology from them due yo them making an error and causing me to miss work to come back in less than 24 hours later. Then I'm told by the same tech who I spoke to yesterday that now this morning the tire has a hole that cannot be repaired. Yet you didn't see that yesterday? What type of tech are you?? Anyway. He recommended 2 new tires for around $260. I specifically asked how much for two. Him and the "office manager" both quote me around $260. I then ask about the $80 charge from yesterday being deducted from that and I'm told "well we didn't charge you any labor for yesterday. Just for the part for the sensor." I ask how they know it was even the sensor since now my tire is apparently damaged. They just assure me that they know it was the sensor and won't take anything off the two tires. So now instead of $260 for tires, I was essentially charged $320. Interesting though, their Beloit office said that had I come to them, they would have helped me. But delavan refused. I go up to pay and now the total for 2 tires is $478. I said you just told me $260? They say they told me that was PER tire. NO THEY DID NOT because I would never pay over $200 per tire. The "manager" I mentioned earlier that is extremely rude kept shaking her head at me and arguing with me. Told me "no, we told you per tire." When i know for a fact they didnt. Great customer service work when YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES WHO LIED AND MESSED UP. I will never return here. I would rather go to Walmart or anywhere else. The bad reviews on here are extremely accurate. This company couldn't care less about their customers. Please, please think twice before wasting your time here and leaving with a huge bill/being lied to and scammed to spend more money. read more

If I could give this business a zero I absolutely would!! They took advantage of my 25 year old nephew, he went In for a simple front end alignment busted a bolt in the front end admitting to it and allowed him to drive away with his baby who's not even 2 in an UNSAFE vehicle, how DISGUSTING! Took a brand new Corvette to have a the factory wheels swapped with a set of aftermarket wheels. I decided to take it here because it was near my parents house and I was planning on storing the car in their garage for the winter. I live in the Chicago suburbs. First, they put 43 miles on a car that had 50 miles when it was brought in. Claimed they do this with all cars that they Road Force balance tires on. God knows what they did to it. At the minimum, they screwed with the radio during their joy ride. They put the wheels that were removed in the hatch area and did not check to see if they were all in completely, and skewed the rear hatch after it was closed. When I tried to put a set of wheel locks on after I got home, I found that they had put the lug nuts on so tight, I had to hit a breaker bar with a sledge hammer to get them off. At speeds between 75-80 mph, the steering wheel had a horrible vibration. I took the car to a REPUTABLE tire shop in the Chicago area and found that all 4 wheels were out of balance, with 2 of them at least 1.5 ounces off. $200 flushed down the toilet. These guys are just hacks. read more

I got my new car just over a year ago. I have gotten all of my oil changes here and some new tires last winter. The whole staff are very knowledgeable and honest. Stopped in for an oil change. Everything a ok for the oil change, but was disturbed by the fact they took my wheels off to check my brakes without warning or asking. I realize this could be considered a "service", but I found it to be a violation. An oil change is straight forward stuff. If anything would have happened (like a loose tire), I wonder if they would have accepted responsibility?? Should have hit the dealer in Elkhorn instead. read more

I will say that I feel their mechanical know-how is pretty good, but I will also say their customer service is sorely lacking. The guy who worked on my car left terrible grease on my sun visor. When I brought it to their attention, the guy at the front proceeded to try and get it off with glass cleaner, to no avail. At the service desk's request, I RETURNED to the store to have the grease removed with a stronger cleaner. While the stainage was made better, it was not removed and in fact the brush that the guy used left tiny pills in the visor cloth (like an old sweater gets those little pills on it) and for extra fun they left a new stain elsewhere on the roof of the interior. I waited for everything to see if the new water-type stain might dry up. It did not. When I RETURNED AGAIN to have them up-torque some tires and politely brought my issues with the stainage to their attention, I was treated like a stupid old woman who was simply a complainer --in front of other customers. Steaming mad about the way I was treated, I will never set foot in there again. Being a city girl, I am especially irritated that my choices for going elsewhere in the area are limited. Unfortunate, because I think they actually do good work. But don't expect a speck more from them. read more

I had an appointment for oil change at noon on December 22, 2012. The lady was extremely polite and the guy at the front desk checked me in very politely. After I had been in the waiting room for more than one hour, I checked about the status of my car. The same man at the desk told me very politely that it was not done yet. A few minutes later I saw the car still parked outside. They hadn't even started on my car even after waiting for more than one hour. Neither did they have the curtsy to inform me of the delay or how much longer I may have to be wait there before they could start work on my vehicle!! Mind you, I made an appointment which I made two days earlier!! I simply told the guy to give me back the car keys, which he did, again most politely. Bought several sets of tires here. Had a tire punctured beyond repair so I ordered another tire. The wont install tire because my vehicle is AWD and tire size is critical so it does not mess up the drive system. Their only option was to buy 4 tires.......what a crock. Bought the tire from Tirerack.com They shave the tire to match the others for an extra $25. Have to have it mounted and balanced but still WAY cheaper than buying 4 new tires at $200 a piece. These guys are just out for the sale at the cutomers expense, not to help customers. read more

I spent about $1,500 to have new tires and air pressure sensors installed on my wife's SUV. One tire leaked air from the beginning and must be topped up weekly. We have returned to F&F numerous times to have them fix the leak and they still haven't been able to fix it after more than a year. Today I went in yet another time and was told they had "done all they could but couldn't find the leak". I asked what I should do to get it fixed and was told to take it somewhere else--good advice that I should have taken before they touched the car. They are obviously not competent to fix a leaky tire and their customer service is to tell you go elsewhere! This not a company that stands behind its work. read more

I live in Milwauke. My 86 year old mother uses them and gets OUTSTANDING service. they go above and beyond--they discounted a repair becasue it took longer than they originally quoted. Her engine started smoking while she was driving. She took it there and they discovered the chipmunks she feeds peanuts to had been storing the peanuts in her engine compartment and they had started on fire. They spent two hours cleaning the peanuts and shells out of the engine compartment--no charge. read more

Avoid like the plague. I bought a new set of tires. They couldn't find the wheel lock, (it was in the glove box), so they forced the lock off rendering it useless, then sent me on my way (unknowingly) without the lock to secure the spare. They gave me the wrong tire for the spare. They replaced some lug nuts, only to have the caps fall off the new lug nuts before I got it home. they have no clue here, go to a reputable dealer for quality service. read more

They are the absolute worse company when it comes to service. We bought 2 full sets of tires the day after Thanksgiving. This included their "Black Friday" Special with lifetime tire rotation, 1 year of FREE oil changes and 2 years of car washes. When they put the tires on my son's truck the inside of his truck smelled like they were smoking in it. When I called to complain they said "well we let the guys smoke in the shop. I am sorry it happened. I would offer you free car wash and oil changes....but since you already are getting that, there is nothing I can offer you. I called and scheduled my son to have his FREE oil change and even let the guy know that it was the Black Friday Special so that there would be no mistake. Well my son goes to get his FREE oil change and they charge him $20.30. My son explained to him that it was on the Black Friday deal and they still charged him. I called them and after a heated conversation, he realized they mad a mistake after my son had left F & F. I had to make a special trip to Delavan to pick up his refund. Customer service and communication in this location is horrible. Not accommodating. read more
