The worst! Elko needs a more functional and reliable transportation service. I received a confirmation of my pre-booking since they rarely will show if I call for a taxi, but even with a "confirmation" text, they still didn't come, and there was no notification whatsoever, even though I made it clear I was headed to the airport. Elko needs to incentivize Uber & Lift drivers and ditch this outdated crap taxi service to provide reliable transportation & help quell the DUI problem, where individuals are often left with no transportation alternative. read more

Never ever booked at this Taxi company until today. They were supposed to pick me up At 9:45AM and I waited till 10:10AM in the cold and had to call them back. The woman picked up the call and didn't even apologize and she quickly rebooked me with another cab and hung up so fast. Then another woman called and asked if I need a ride????? I angrily said I've been waiting in the cold. Then another guy finally showed up. Poor communication and Worst customer service. I gave this company a negative 10 rating. Wow. I dodged a bullet. I had Amtrak reservations for 430 am one morning. So I called Elko Taxi for a scheduled pick up at my house at 330 am. Then I got this feeling that they weren't going to be on time. Also, I read more reviews of them. Just now I called them to cancel my pickup and they had no record of me. I would have missed my train. The man who normally answers the phone is surly, disorganized, and does not want your business. I'll never use them again. read more

overcharged, most tiny towns have great guest services. I.e. lodging, restaurants , transportation. food was warm and comforting, nice hotel, but getting around was a shock, I do believe greed had a lot to do with it. read more

Not the greatest option for transportation. Waited about 1/2 hour for taxi to arrive in this small town. Driver not the most helpful in the service department. Never stepped out to provide any luggage assistance. I must be used to the service I get anywhere but with this guy. Drives a bit erratic in the older, definitely used car. I would almost prefer to rent a vehicle for the day to use from the hotel to the airport. With limited options, this will have to do. read more

Car reeked of cigarettes, gave me attitude about helping with luggage, made extra turns to prolong the ride as it is paid by "time." This was after he left right when he saw me come out of my transport at 3:00 a.m. in freezing temperatures. Worst people ever and sound like he was on something as he made little verbal sense on the phone. read more
