Our stay was wonderful - from check-in to check-out! We are a family of 3, and the room was clean…read moreand spacious for our needs. Drury Inn had food available (chicken fajitas, sodas, alcoholic drinks for over 21 of course) for 1.5 hours in the evening. Breakfast was great too. My favorite thought was how sweet and kind every employee was! Loved our stay!

This is a GREAT place to stay! Mom and I were in Las Cruces to visit family. She wanted to be close…read moreso she chose this hotel. I had never heard of Drury Inn, but this was her choice. When we arrived I asked the receptionist for other rates based on senior discount, first responder, etc. She took the time to run comparisons and told us Mom had booked the cheapest rate. I appreciate her effort!! She also explained the "happy hour" of sorts and provided a ticket that allowed us free drinks. Although we were headed out, that's a bonus. The room itself was nice. The beds were very comfortable! Our room had a refrigerator and microwave, both of which we used. The bathroom was a generous size with lots of counter space. AND, the water was HOT! I love a nice hot shower after traveling. The next morning we had the included breakfast. Talk about a TREAT! You can choose between full-sized waffles or those baby versions (you make your own), the sausage was delicious, they had potatoes, biscuits & gravy (my favorite), eggs, red & green chili, oatmeal, fruit, fresh juices, coffee, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. It was MORE than a continental breakfast. We only stayed one night, but when we return I'll definitely stay here!

One note: microwaves and refrigerators are only available on request and were all taken during our stay. It would have been helpful to know this at the time of reservation so we could have planned accordingly. But here's what really made our stay special: the night desk person, Madi. We nicknamed her "Ms. Sparkle" because she literally sparkled--cheerful, genuinely happy to help with anything, and radiating the kind of warmth and energy that makes you feel welcome. She responded promptly and effectively to every request. Madi absolutely deserves five stars. Hotel Encanto is a solid choice, but if you stay here, ask for Madi at the front desk. Her exceptional service transforms a decent hotel stay into a memorable one. We'll definitely return.

For a "business" hotel, you need access to charging ports or outlets. Our room had NO plugs, USB, C…read moreor any other ways to plug in devices that are convenient. This room had ONE plug available that was by the door, not on the desk, nor on the two lamp stands by the bed. This is not a 4 star hotel, but maybe a 3 star. However, rooms were nice, the hotel is nice and the staff is friendly . The restaurant is overpriced. For a dinner with risotto and chicken, 90% of the plate was risotto, with the chicken being about a 2-3 oz portion. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but it was about the size of one chicken tender. It WAS good, and the risotto was good, but not $34 good. Nice hotel, nice location, nice staff, but not a good business hotel

My husband and I would love to give extremely great feedback to the manager during the past three…read moremonths from April through June 2026 your staff went above and beyond their service to me my husband as nd our little dog. We have had to go back and forth from Arizona to Las Cruces for looking to find our forever home we finally found it and during our time in las cruces we were very stressed your personnel helped in so many ways to ease this time for us. Of all the inns and hotels we stayed in yours was the best. You had a grassy area with no thorns for my Pom as well you had breakfast in the mornings. I thank your day time manager for all hers and your staff they did great job they did in making this so much easier. Thank you all for your help to help us in this home buying so much better with less stress. Thank you, Rose Mary Ruiz

It was a long drive getting to Las Cruces, NM. I was exhausted because the I-10 is a very boring…read moreride. It's like driving along a cat box. All sand and no beautiful scenery. I am not trying to give negative vibes in this review, but staying at this hotel was negative today the least. The clerk at the front desk was helpful. I was put in room 103. Fifteen minutes into the dim lit room, i was already bitten by a bug. In the middle of the night, I got up to use the restroom, there was a roach the size of my thumb next to the toilet. Under the sink, there was a second roach. There were three freight trains (across the street) that passed through. Very loud rumbly sound. The next morning, I saw dried blood on the bedsheet. Gross! It wasn't a very restful night. If you want to get some rest, try elsewhere. I suppose the good reviews had better rooms.
