After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.

For the newborn photoshoot, we spent the full four hours in Angela's studio, which allowed me, a first time mom, to really enjoy the process. Angela took great care of us every step of the way, from making sure the baby is comfortable during the naked baby pictures, to making sure mom and dad look ready and stress-free for the family pictures. She was just snapping pictures without giving any direction at all no adjustments, no help fixing poses, no guidance with my kids, nothing. I had to keep stopping the session myself to fix my children because she couldn't be bothered to say anything and just kept taking bad shots. What made it worse is that when it came time to choose photos, I truly feel like she intentionally selected the worst possible ones when I know there were much better options taken during the session. Overall, this was a frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing experience. The rude attitude alone was enough to make sure I will never return. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone.
