I've been going to Irina since 2020 for my acne and she has helped me so much! I've been going consistently every 4-6 weeks except when there was a very stressful time in my life (with work) where I was so busy and had a two or three month gap from visiting Irina and my skin became soo bad! From the stress and also from me not taking good care of myself and following the skin routine Irina always reminds me to do. This was right before my wedding too so having all my acne come back added to the stress. I also developed a lot of back acne and my wedding dress was strapless. I texted Irina about my back before I had my scheduled appointment and Irina was able to move my appointment earlier so then she could spend more time on me and fix my back. Irina helped me do a lot of extractions and also told me how to best care in the next week leading up to the wedding. By the time the wedding came, my acne was cleared with minor areas where it was a lot easier to manage. I can't thank her enough! I now know I must keep with the schedule and visit Irina every 4-6 weeks, not only does she help me clear up my skin but also as a constant reminder to take care of myself. She never pushes products on me but I've fully bought in and listen to whatever she tells me I need as I have my full trust in her. Ella Skin has been in my bookmarks forever, but never got the chance to visit, prioritizing work and other things before personal self care - and my skin suffered because of it. Not only was it dry due to the weather changes, but it looked dull and what I can only describe as "gray." Basically, not cute. The website laid out what services were offered and how each helped the skin, even combining some of them into the Ella Ultimate Treatment package, which is what I opted for since it was my first facial and what not. Went full on out. Location and ambiance: located by the new One Life Fitness on the second floor of Sola Salon Studios, where there are a ton of different businesses under one roof. I saw hair, makeup, etc. The room was the perfect size, very clean and organized. Backlit with a calming purple hue, plus acoustic music playing in the background Service: Taylor was my esthetician and she was really warm and welcoming. After filling out some forms, we jumped right in, talking through what was happening during each step since I was pretty unfamiliar with it all I left with my skin feeling the softest it has in years and very glowy and dewy - exactly what I was hoping for. It's only been a few days, so I'm curious to see how long the results last, combined with my new knowledge of what my skin needs (she emphasized hydration and exfoliation). Looking forward to returning for maintenance. Small suggestions for improvement: I wish there was a way to fill out the intake form online. I did it when I first arrived and we didn't deeply discuss the form or my skin concerns before diving in. It would also be helpful to give patients a resource for when they leave. I don't often treat myself to facials but after reading the reviews and reading more about the different skin treatments that Ella Skin offers, I definitely had to check this place out. This is located in a house (much like the in-home dental offices in the suburbs) which I love. Ireena is a fantastic host and professional! She offered me water or tea, and I felt right at home. The treatment I got was the microdermabrasion. Ireena first did a quick, free skin consultation since I've never had this treatment before and didn't know what to expect. I felt at ease and relaxed the whole time, since ireena warns you of any noises from the machines she's using. The treatment is a deep exfoliation and you get an infusion of moisturizer afterwards. My mom and I came here to get facials and we got the European Deep Cleansing one. For the price, the treatment was excellent. I really enjoyed the rubber mask the most but the other treatments were great too. I loved the calm classical music choices in the background and Irina was very knowledgeable and informative about what she was doing and explaining my skin type and problems to me. It was more than just a relaxing treatment, I also learned a lot more about my skin and how to better take care of it. Like others have said she didn't pressure you to buy her products at all, but was friendly and answered any questions we had and just gave her opinion. Her house is adorable and the spa room is very clean, homey and aesthetically pleasing. It was also very easy to GPS the way there. I have to start out by saying I have had a LOT of facials. I have paid exorbitant amounts of money for them in the past with zero results. I felt so cheated and almost gave up on them all together. It is very easy to make an appointment on their website, however try to book a while in advance (especially for weekends) because the slots fill up! The studio is residential however there is ample parking and is in a very nice neighborhood. The studio itself is more professional and advanced than ones I've seen at high-end salons and spas. Irina is the esthetician and she is phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable of her craft and well educates all her clients on the do's and don't according to your skincare needs. I have received the Royal Rose Casmara and just recently (for my birthday) the 24K gold facial with microdermabraison. I literally don't need to wear makeup after because my skin looks so fresh and radiant! I have also purchased a few top-of-the-line skincare products she sells at a lower cost than other retailers. I had an appointment with Ireen a couple of weeks ago and I'm hooked. I booked an anti-acne facial, but after washing my face she suggested I get a chemical peel instead, which was the best decision ever. The peel itself only lasted about 15/20 minutes, but she took the time to do research on every product I use at home and explained how they were clogging my pores. I stopped using everything and re-created my routine with the products she suggested and wow!
