When you set up your initial appointment, Sue will text you in advance useful details on the upcoming appointment, which include a reminder of the time and detailed instructions on finding the place. After the initial appointment, you can always text Sue a time you would like for follow-up appointment. Sue is always super responsive about texting you back. After coordinating a time, you will be checked in to a cute inn where Sue will guide you into a private room where the magic happens. I really like how the place is private and super quiet. I don't like noise when I am trying to relax during my spa treatments. Once checked in, Sue will examine your face and deliver you customized recommendation on how to treat your face. I have been to Sue multiple times and I am always impressed by how knowledgeable she is at dealing with your skincare problems. She will really take care at examining your skin and making sure she delivers the right service for your skin and that is why I keep coming back. After a pretty stressful period in my life, I needed to restore my wrecked skin, and I was unsure what to do. I tried improving my skincare regime by using Cerave Facial Wash, Cerave Resurfacing Retinol, and Sunscreen but the stress was still managing to wreck my facial skin. When I visited Sue, she was able to take a good look and realized that I was in need of a good cleansing facial and a Salicylic Facial Peel. In addition to the peel, she did a thorough job at extraction (e.g., blackheads) while also delivering a nice soothing massage. I went here to get a facial and I had a first time groupon. It was a little bit hard to find as it's inside another establishment, but once I texted Sue we figured things out. It's located right behind bed bath and beyond. I liked that COVID precautions were taken and there was no other clients there while I was there. Sue was super sweet, knowledgeable, and relatable and we had a nice conversation throughout my appointment which I think is important; to have that relationship. She even offered to help me and see if my current products being used at home was effective and had good ingredients. Although she did show me some of the products that she offers, she was not pushy about it which I appreciate. I had a lot of black heads and she recommended the treatments that would be best for me and even extended my session by half an hour to work on my skin well. My skin was super soft right after. She even gave me some serum to use at home for the first few days. The next few days after my visit, my skin felt like it was stripped and it was red and dry but honestly I think it's because I have very thin and sensitive skin and because I had a dermabrasion done. I've gotten facials here and there because I haven't found someone who I wanted to see regularly. Until I met Sue. People don't do facials like her anymore. A lot of namebrands just care about getting you in and out. She takes the time to really take a look at your skin and formulate a plan for you as she gets to know you. Some people think one session is going to change your life, but that's really not how skin works. She greeted me at the front, and she's a hustler with such a great personality. Sue is amazing at what she does! I came into her salon with serious skin damage-insanely large pores, uneven skin, and an incredible amount of blackheads. Very unprofessional customer service. She is terrible with communication. First she kept calling me Nickel even though I texted her my correct name 3 times. She was supposed to get back I wanted to book 2 weeks from our original communication. 10 days later still no response so I follow up with her again. She gives me a open time slot for noon. I come at noon and she thinks I'm someone else. She is very confused when I tell her i am not that person and that is not my name. Then she proceeds to tell me i don't have an appointment. I literally show her the text from her confirming my appointment. She says no sorry you have to come back because she has a 12:30 booked. I proceeded to give her options on how to fix her mistake and she continued to say nothing sorry. I saw on her phone she had someone scheduled for a two hour appointment which was probably making her more money then my Groupon. So instead of trying to fix the issue she lost my business and I will continue to tell all my friends one to not purchase the groupon and two to stay away from her. read more
