Not only she knows exactly how I wanted my hair done and gave me an amazing balayage, my whole experience was so therapeutic and meditating in her cozy studio! Nousha uses all natural hair product and really took great care of my hair. The most unique thing about Nousha is that she has such a bright personality, and I left the studio feel like she's my best friend already because our awesome conversation! I went to her with a $236 GROUPON which after her her manipulation once I arrived into a haircut & strands of color. But this is not even the beginning of where this went beyond wrong. She has this way of making you comfortable although her extremely annoying dog is jumping on you and scratching my expensive new Ralph Lauren putt. Just a side note I have rescues and they know better... Anyway, I went for the Groupon deal to have my eyebrows done for my son's baby shower. He told me not to do it and after everything insists he was right. When I arrived Nousha, which is not her legal name, because I am suing her is extremely manipulative and said that she will do my hair instead of my brows which is what I went there for with the Groupon. So she chopped my hair off shorter than my shoulders after I told her how upset I was with how short my hair was after the beautician at ULTA chopped it! So then she made this home made brew of bullshit to color my hair which washed out the next day. She says she makes everything orgayat home from powder, rose, lavender you name it, but somehow there's absolutely no smell of any of those ingredients. Then she tried to sell me her home made products. I'm not interested. At the end of 6 ridiculous hours with this lady who uses her dogs webstto save money, complained about her x leaving her, said she had no relationship with her only son felt like she wanted to go back to Iran. It was honestly an overload and not at all what I went there for. I was told NOT TO BUY THE EYEBROW GROUPON because she would give me a better price in person. When I got there, which is 20 miles from home & I don't drive she talked me into doing my hair although I didn't ask for it and specifically went there ONLY to have my brows done for the GROUPON price of $236. Needless to say she chopped the crap out of my hair because she is extremely manipulative. She needs to be shut down. From other reviví see that this is a trend. She is a con artist. She acts like she's going to be your friend and should take girl trips, but the truth of the matter is I went there for my eyebrows with a Groupon. She didn't honor it. She cut my hair so short I'm embarrassed to leave the house!!! She insisted I pay her $347 in cash for the hair do which I didossk for. She insisted it had to be paid in cash which I thought was ridiculous. But she made me think we were friends. So I gave her $380. Then she sent me nice text metas if we were lifetime buddies. When I didn't show up for the not wanted $186 facial last Monday she sent me the email to sign some documents for the eyebrows to be permanently tattooed on Tuesday for $237 which was the Groupon price. I incidentally sprained my right leg over the weekend and despite that I wouldn't have had either of those serfdoms by her because my hair is the ABSOLUTE WORST IT HAS EVER LOOKED IN MY LIFE FOR $380!!!! Then to top it off she had Officer Michael Stone from the Thiensville Police Department drive 20 miles to Greenfield to demand payment for my hair service AGAIN My nurse was evaluating my leg because I couldn't walk while this officer almost pounded my door in. I am filing a lawsuit against Nousha which is not her legal name btw as well as her lover Officer Michael Stone. This woman is a con artist and a fraud. She messed up my hair. I went to get a microblading -and not knowing the normal price ($500-700) she charged me $975. That was not the worst. The worst was that she clearly didn't know how to apply the numbing cream and the treatment was excruciating painful. Furthermore the hygiene of her salon room was highly questionable and I was almost afraid to get my eyebrows done honestly. Not clean. I'd like to be clear that the end hair product (updo and make up application) was more than adequate, but that my overall experience on my wedding day was tainted by a lack of professional ethics. When I set my appointment time, I asked about the fee and was told that it would be $125. At the conclusion of my appointment with Nousha, I was told that my balance due was $200. When I inquired about the difference , I was told that her rate is $100 per hour "for bridal services." It wasn't the extra $75 so much that disappointed me, but rather feeling taken advantage of on such an important day. I thought people should know about this lack of transparency so as to avoid an emotional disagreement on an already vulnerable day. I purchased a Groupon for this establishment for a cut and foil. I asked that we leave the front alone/longer and shorten the back for an inverted bob. Not only did she chop the front, one side is longer than the other. There are random chunks out of my hair. Also, my highlights are not close to the roots. After writing an honest review on Groupon, I got rude text messages from this stylist at 10pm on a Thursday. So no, I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

She was fantastic! I used a Groupon and this was my first time seeing her. She took the time to learn about what I wanted for the cut and exactly what I wanted for the color and placement of the highlights. She explained how much she'd have to trim to get back to healthy ends. And my ends look great! The all-organic treatment she did was amazing! Very relaxing- basically a head massage -and my hair has since been softer and shinier than ever. I am a fan of organic products, but it's a new concept and hard to find what you can trust/what works well. She has done the work for us here! You can tell by the way she talks about the effort and research she's put into finding natural ingredients to use that she has a true passion for providing her clients with the healthiest and safest, yet extremely effective hair treatments. Hi!!I was here a month ago to get my dry scalp treated.i had a baby 3 months ago so cudnt do a thing for my scalp n it was jus getting worse.i moved from seattle a month ago n found this salon on Yelp and was very impressed with the info reg the natural remedies used on hair. I am a big fan of natural everything! So i took an appt n was there n got a pack put on my head which had some onion juice aloe vera etc n washed.she straightened my hair n said the pack is goin to sit in the hair n treat it if straightened and itll be an extra 20 for that. I know that before wash they use straightener to let the ingredients sink in to the follicles but after a complete wash i dint see any point. She took a pic of my hair n charged 100 bucks.jus above my forehead i cud still see some flaky skin n she said its gonna go afta next wash its jus the pack.on the second day my scalp was back to normal n i mesgd her n she said i hav some vitamin deficiency n i need to see a doc or she can try the same treatment again.i am sure i dint hav any def as i was still on my prenatals!i was not at all satisfied with the results n heck no m never gonna waste my money on no results again!
