They were also surprisingly thorough in also cleaning outdoor spaces, appliance interiors, doors, light fixtures, and other nooks and crannies that it never would have occurred to me to request they cover. Three cleaners came. Two handled the bathrooms and one handled the kitchen. The ones who cleaned the bathroom did a great job. However, the bathroom smelled deep of chemicals afterwards. The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

The communication and follow-up were impeccable, and they were very accommodating for making appointments, too. My situation is I have recession rent, so that my landlord wouldn't help us out with the work that needed to be done on our kitchen floor. I thought we had linoleum, but Raul identified it as PVC. I wish we had a more environmentally acceptable flooring, but at least I found a green-friendly cleaner. We saved the tiles from the dump/incineration and got them cleaned up and covered a double coat of wax on them, which turned them from yellowish grey to sky blue. I also learned that with waxed floors you shouldn't scrub or use harsh acidic cleaners on them - that only compromises the finish more. A team of 4 guys came over for about 4 hours for the process of stripping and rewaxing. This is also a family company and Raul stuck around for his guys making sure everyone and everything was doing well. In the end, I felt that I had gotten a very good value for the man hours and expertise. It gets even better if you can split the cost amongst roommates. Now our kitchen floor feels fantastic underfoot and I actually know how to take care of it. I highly recommend this company and will gladly send you pictures of the work they did on our floor.

The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). I was puzzled as to how they could have cleaned so fast, but they insisted. When I got to the home. It was not clean at all ( dusty baseboards, bugs on window sills, greasy cabinets, grime in bathroom sinks, previous tenants hair in the shower etc.). I contacted Miguel and pointed this out to the women cleaning. After another hour, the house was still only about 80% clean but they were in a rush to leave and I was not in the mood to argue. I called Miguel again who said he would be on the way to look at the work... he never showed. I texted a few days later and no response. Extremely poor cleaning and service. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. EDIT 6/29/25: see owners response below. I tried to call and text several times prior to leaving a review. Additionally 1.5 hours for $300 and they ended up staying 2.5 hours that is not extra time that is the job they were asked to do.
