On their first visit Gisele and Fábio helped explain what they clean, products they use, and how long it would be. They did a deep cleaning on their first day which I was very pleased with. They cleaned each area I requested and some I didn't expect but I was very happy. It took longer than expected about 4+ hours, but well worth it. I was recommended by my broker (at the time) to work with this cleaning company. We needed to deep clean our house and I had very high expectations for the services based off the glowing reviews listed on Yelp. To my surprise, the house was NOT deep cleaned. So much dust and random dirt marks everywhere! I probably could have done a better job deep cleaning than the services they provided. The deep cleaning was estimated to be $800 with a $320 deposit upfront via Venmo). See attached photos of the house after the deep cleaning was done. Need I say more? I tried many times to call the phone number of the company and it just so happen that the phone number listed on this Yelp page is NOT the owner, Lorena, it is the CLEANER Lorena. There are 2 Fabyanna** apparently. The Cleaner Fabyanna**'s phone broke and she was unable to reach her phone for many hours... We found through a Venmo that her phone broke and to please call another number. What in the world? Why couldn't the number provided (Manager Fabyanna**) take the initiative to call us back instead? It was very unprofessional. The most unprofessional part of this experience was the cleaners did NOT close my front door!!! I came back to my home with the door left wide open, I was afraid for my safety at the point since it was 9PM and all the lights were left on. The company did not have a good excuse but there was no one else that was in my home besides the cleaning company. Absolutely unacceptable... My broker (at the time) got a hold of the cleaners and they said we can talk about what was missed and Lorena was not present for me to discuss the situation, it was the other cleaners present in the appointment and they were there to clean up what was missed. I sent them the 70 pictures (all different spots in the house - unfortunately I will not post due to privacy of my home) that were missed. They got about 70% of the spots. I ended up getting a $50 discount on the end. Was the cleaning service worth $750? Probably not. Maybe this place would be good for regular cleaning, but NOT deep cleaning. Edit: in response to Lorena's comment, the broker told me that the second meeting with the cleaning team would be to talk about the cleaning, not to make up for the cleaning. I don't know why there were 2 different items communicated. Secondarily, I had texted you after the second clean up what was NOT cleaned and what can you do to help. You offered $50 off from them missing spots after coming a second time, not for the inconvenience of my time. I was honestly tired going back and fourth to my home and inspecting what was done and not done. If I was able to chat with Lorena after the first attempt of cleaning, I would have wanted to discount the job and pay a pro-rated amount, but that opportunity was not given to me. read more

Rosa did a great job with stove, hood, and refrigerator, which needed much attention after the previous owner of 10 years didn't do much upkeep. The takeaway here is that the team is amazing at what they do -- which is getting your house clean. I reached out via yelp messaging looking for a team to clean our home once a month. I'm always a bit skeptical of places that only communicate via text message, especially for a recurring event. But so far they have been consistent every 4 weeks, & there have been no issues with any of the recurring appointments. Our place is 2800sqft and it's impossible for us to keep clean most of the time. The first cleaning took a team of 2 over 4 hours, they deep cleaned every nook and cranny. The second onwards, they've been a bit quicker but still takes a while. We've been able to communicate any extra notes via text, like where to leave the trash, etc. They listen and take feedback and direction very well. I will say 1 star was taken off because on the website it says one price which was significantly cheaper than what was communicated in Yelp chat. I communicated with the owner with a price based on the size of my rental which was 1100 square ft with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. When the cleaners arrived they called the owner to let her know there was some extra cabinets in the kitchen as well as broken blinds. This necessitated a $50 increase. Keep in mind this was a move in cleaning and no furniture was there to impede their cleaning. The prices are pretty unbelievable. The estimate was $225, and the actual price was $250. That's extremely reasonable (almost too low - six hours, three people!), so don't forget to tip. I needed a VERY deep clean of the shared spaces in my grandmother's home, as she has very high ceilings and it had been quite a while since any dusting or deep cleaning had been done. I had used another company for the move-out clean of my old place, and a day later that owner called me to increase the price as her cleaners stayed longer than they were supposed to!
