They provided us all the resources we needed to succeed. Honesty, I do not feel as if they held back at all--they gave us ALL their go-to pointers and even personal finding spots. Today I was about to wash it before using and I could see something dark inside, I looked inside with a flashlight and could see that the ceramic coating did not coat the inside completely, about 1/3 was raw uncoated, so I cannot use it. Highly disappointed considering what I paid for it. If you go there check carefully before purchasing. Now I can only use it for display, not what I wanted it for.
