I went to Ellianos Coffee a few months ago to grab a seasonal beverage and breakfast and it was a pleasant experience. Ellianos Coffee is located in the Publix plaza on Lee Road near the Zaxby's. They have drive through and carry out now (I believe), but I went through the drive through because I was in a hurry. I am not a coffee person and do not drink coffee much in general, but their eggnog flavored coffee was so good. You can tell the difference between instant coffee and low quality coffee beans, so the experience made me realize that I don't like cheap coffee LOL! For breakfast, I ordered an egg white sandwich with cheese and bacon on a croissant and it was so good! The price point was on par with other places that offer this sort of food/coffee. 4/26/2021.. Ellianos recently opened on Lee Road --newly built ground up. Decided to give it a try. Prices are similar if not competitive to Starbucks. Menu is not as extensive but great flavor choices. Location is drive-thru only. I like that its double-window but uniquely alternate directions. To minimize circling the building (I hope). I chose the small sugar-free vanilla latte. $3.95 before tax. I was disappointed because more than half of a 12-ounce cup was foam. The teenager' s repsonse was as if I've never ordered a latte before. "The coffee is at the bottom and the foam on top is the milk". So that ticked me off a bit. Customer service improvement may need to be added here. She offered a remake, but it was still foamy. When I mentioned it again, her reply was next time you can request no foam. Well, common sense should say if I've complained twice that the cup is mostly foam, I shouldn't have to ask. That should be an automatic offer. What's the point in paying for a coffee and getting 7-8ounces of foam. Despite the lack of coffee, the sugar-free vanilla flavor had a great taste. I'm on edge about my first visit, may try again eventually, but this first experience didn't give me that feeling that I must return in the next day or 2. This is a cute little drive through coffee shop! I ordered a Venetian Vanilla Latte with Almond milk and it was delicious! I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. Unfortunately they were out of bacon and the sandwich really would have been a lot better with the bacon on it. Their breakfast bowls are really good! They are grit bowls with eggs cheese and the meat of your choice! My only suggestion would be that they offer a vegetarian meat option! Otherwise they're a great choice! read more

The service at this location sucks. The help takes forever to help the customer. Every time I go there it takes forever. I'm not sure if the employees know what they are doing. Two lines were open but I'm not sure there were even 2 employees there. The service at Starbucks puts this place to shame. Pay the workers enough to stay there and train them after hours. My coffee pot broke so I thought I'd run out and just grab a cup. I'm use to Peet's French Roast. I ordered the regular roast they had bc that was my only choice. For close to $3 bucks I could have went right across the parking lot and got Mc Donald's coffee for a buck & change. If you like dark roast don't go here. It's a coffee shop with1 kind of coffee. Okay.....let me start by saying when I first started going to, Ellianos, I LOVED them. However, my last two visits have been less than satisfactory. Tonight I went 10 minutes before closing. I ordered a medium coffee without cream/sugar. I made it clear to the young lady that I knew that they'd be closing soon so if they didn't have it I was ok with that. She was SUPER polite and ended our interaction with a chipper "have a good day!" I stopped to grab a few groceries afterwards which didn't take long. After I finished putting the groceries away I proceed to warm my coffee up. It wasn't even full! I realize now why she was extra earlier. I truly would have been ok with her offering a small coffee because they didn't have enough coffee to make a medium cup. Communication is everything!! I just visited this location today and I was very pleased! The customer service was top notch! Our barista was very friendly and informed and my drink was delicious! I did have to ask if they had milk alternatives. I would suggest adding that to your drive-up menu because you may lose a few potential customers if they assume you don't have milk alternatives because they aren't listed. read more

Had a really good Caffe Dolce latte today!! If you want the best coffee on the market you have to stop by Ellianos, they have awesome customer service even when the lines are stretched down road. Though expensive, it's 100% worth it. They are always fast and considerate of the little things for me and I'm sure the rest of their customers.
