Not a regular Starbucks drinker, or a coffee drinker at all, but I've been excited to try their new protein-boosted drinks. I was in the area and noticed the drive-through line didn't look too long, so I quickly ordered on the app and opted for drive-through pickup. The parking lot this location sits in has several other restaurants and businesses, so when the line gets long, it turns into a cluster, which definitely influenced my decision to go for it while things looked calm. Even though the line wasn't bad, in true Starbucks fashion it still took a little time to get to the speaker and the window. I'd say around 15-20 minutes total. Drinks were ready by the time I got to the window, had to wait a little bit longer for food items, but I didn't mind. For my order, I went with the sugar-free vanilla protein matcha. It wasn't the best matcha I've ever had, but it's a great option if you want some extra protein (36g in a Grande), so I can definitely see myself getting it again. Also good to know: the protein-boosted milk can be substituted into several of their other drinks, which is a plus. I also grabbed the spinach, feta, and egg white wrap, which used to be one of my go-tos back when I came here more often. Overall, no complaints. I always expect a bit of a wait at Starbucks, whether that be inside or drive-through, and this visit was pretty on par with that. read more

Drive thru is probably the slowest I've experienced. Line is consistently blocking traffic and you cannot escape once in it. They need to make more use of the parking and bring out the order process because I am consistently blocking the flow of traffic. read more

I've just about had it with this Starbucks location. I order the same exact drink every single time, and I've perfected it so I can just add it to my cart with no changes. This is the only Starbucks that can't seem to make it correctly. There is absolutely no way a grande with 8 packets of stevia and 8 pumps of sugar-free vanilla ends up tasting not sweet. That's the whole point! At this point, I'll just go to the Hwy 5 location or the one inside Kroger--both consistently get it right. read more

It's your standard Starbucks. I tried the Blackberry Sage lemonade and it was delicious. Service at this location is amazing. Super friendly and very personable. I would say that the location isn't the most convenient considering the roadways and the amount of traffic. However, the service makes up for it. 7/10 read more

Can we please turn down the volume on this loud asf overstimulating Christmas music???? Or choose songs more fit for a chill coffee shop? People come here to work and study. Overall: it is a Starbucks Just your average Starbucks. They do have very friendly staff. Coffee is usually pretty hot and fresh in the mornings. Just for fun, based on the recent reviews. One says they were not greeted at all, I would say this is false, I have been there countless times and I think I am yet to not be greeted upon entering their establishment. Next review states that they had terrible customer service. Again, false, I have always had great service. Then again, I just get hot black coffee. I would assume that if you are something that orders a weird customized drink there is always a chance of it being slightly different from when it was ordered previously. Next review says they steal bank card information. I have not had this happen to me. Have another review that says they close too early. Not really sure why this is an issue, coffee is a morning beverage and they are open in the mornings, also I have seen the way these workers are treated and feel they deserve their off time. Remainder of the suggested reviews are people just complaining to complain. Like I said, compared to other Starbucks locations, this one has been very consistent and friendly. I will say that I wish that Starbucks as a whole would make it easier and quicker for people that just want a hot black coffee. read more

Walked In wasn't greeted like everyone else that came in after me. Energy seemed off for the morning crew. Food was shoved into my hand, drink was left on table with other orders so i had to look for mines, i was the only one dining in. I left 2 stars cause i like the food and drink. Really Starbucks? You filled my caramel cloud macchiato up with whipped cream this much?? By the time my Sister go home with our drinks this is what it had melted down to. It also tastes as if you forgot the steamed milk. No- my sister did not drink any, she hates coffee deeply. She only likes tea. You are telling me I am paying $6 for a venti and basically getting a Grande? With mostly air? I am always having problems with this Starbucks. Management- please get your staff under control. I know you are busy with 100% of your gusts now going through the drive thru- giving your team zero breaks. But you can't cheat people out of their money because you are lazy. read more

I love Starbucks, and this Starbucks ultimately served its purpose and adequately caffeinated and sugared up my family. However, this visit took longer than expected. No one greeted us as we entered, but the place was busy. I walked up to place my order and waited, and I waited some more as it seemed no one wanted to acknowledge the growing line. I finally heard an employee ask where someone was, but never said a word to those waiting. I understand being swamped, but it is always best to smile and say someone will be right with you. Once they decided who would be on register, our order was taken, and the Barista moved quickly. Our drinks were made as ordered and tasty. We were visiting family, so it will be a while for a return visit, but hopefully they work on better communication between their staff, and of course customers. read more

This Starbucks repeatedly ruins my day and today was the final straw they did not put the lid on my drink like barely at all and as soon as I walk out and take a sip my clothes are ruined with a quarter cup of coffee and I for sure got a croc full and I go back in and ask for a lid because mine hit the ground. Decided to take my kids there, for their first experience. Counter service was great, drinks were great. We sat outside because we were meeting friends, outside tables needed some attention, but nothing too much. The thing I was most disappointed in, was the restrooms. I just assumed the restrooms would be over the top because the restaurant decor was nice. THE RESTROOM WAS HORRIBLE! I could have...probably should have, just taken a few extra steps and used the McDonald's restroom across the parking lot. It was very dimly lot. Like just one light over the mirror and nothing more. The toliet was dated and had old stains. It's a non gender specific restroom, so the seat was up. It was so disgusting, I didn't even want to touch it to let it down. Very disappointed and will make sure, if we visit this location again, I'll stop by the McDonald's to use theirs, beforehand. read more

This location is getting worst by the day. Dining room still closed, no order ahead available and loooong drive thru lines, inconsistent hours of operation, out of most menu items. I love Starbucks and used to love this store but service at this location is ridiculous. They did a better job during the early stage of the pandemic than today SMH. Do better. read more

I visited this location tonight after visiting a nearby nail salon. My wife ordered her coffees while finishing her nail appointment and we paid and left. When I got to Starbucks I stood there for at least 10 minutes before finally having to ask for my to go mobile order. I finally asked about my coffees and food order and they then made my to go food which is fine but I was never asked if I could be helped... The entire place was dirty with crumbs and trash all over the counters were they keep the napkins etc. I wanted to leave this review because I work in the service industry and if I were a manager I would want to know that my store was in such distress. read more

This Starbucks is prime location (an exit off of the interstate). Yet, I'm surprised that this is the only Starbucks in this fairly large west metro Atlanta suburb. Immediately upon entering the property you could be turned off by the massive traffic within the drive-thru lane and the crowded parking lot. Fortunately, I'm patient enough and a fan of my particular specialty drink to endure the wait. For the most part my drink is typically made to order without complaint. There has been a time or two that it tasted watered down. Starbucks has a 100% satisfactory in that they will gladly remake a drink. My experience with customer service has always been friendly, even during peak times. I have long since determined I would never come here to work despite the free Wi-Fi because the set up isn't conducive. It's tight and always filled with people with the same idea to work in a coffee shop. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that desires another location open up in the area. read more

It's hard to review Starbucks, depending on peak times or who happens to be in line in front of you, the experience can vary greatly within an hour with the same baristas. This location of Starbucks conveniently has a drive thru, which can unfortunately lead to back up waiting time in the shop itself. I was able to go to the bathroom and still wait a good five minutes afterward for my nonfat latte after placing my order, which was understandable seeing the line at the drive thru. But should they neglect the customers who take the time to come inside and place their orders? I went back through the line a second time after my friends asked me to pick up an order for them. Three coffees and another five minutes later and I was out the door. What I thought would be a quick coffee stop turned out to be almost 30 minutes. Yikes. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Ordered a coffee and White Mocha and waited in line at the drive thru for TWENTY MINUTES before they finally took our $7..... To top it off, my Mocha was not even hot. I called cooperate and all they did was refund the amount we paid for our coffee. Wasted 25 minutes in line and was late to our movie. I am never coming back to this Starbucks. A year later and the wait for this place is still the same.... I have an update though. I have twice now received drinks that I believe are decaf when I paid for my drink using a free reward drink inside instead of waiting in the drive through. This place is so shady to me. I have a low caffeine tolerance and both times now I have gotten drinks that have NO affect on me, which tells me their drinks don't have caffeine.
