It's not hidden geographically or in a speakeasy way, but mostly due to its location in Panama City Beach. Surrounded by wild parties, ridiculous tourist attractions and mundanely depressing condo buildings, the Lotus Cafe is a hidden oasis that feels almost out of place. It's such a contrast to everything else around it that one struggles to comprehend being here. The space is huge, with cared for gardens and seating throughout them. The chicken taziki wrap is phenomenal. The coffees are perfect. The juices are invigorating. And, enjoying it all surrounded by plants is a purely spiritual experience. To keep the spirits happy, perhaps skip the quesadilla, as it wasn't the highlight of the meal. People working here are chill, pleasant and caring.
