Dr. Davis is a fantastic dentist and orthodontist. I used to have a bad underbite and structural jaw issues. He was able to use Invisalign to successfully fix all my jaw issues and my underbite and now all these issues have gone away. Originally I was considering getting plastic surgery or jaw surgery to fix these issues but now I don't need it, thanks to all of Dr. Davis' amazing work. Dr. Davis has been our family dentist for at least 20 years. He is WONDERFUL! When I needed a root canal, he offered to open his office on the weekend to take care of me so i would not be in pain. He is also great with children. My daughter actually looks forward to seeing him. The mere mention of his name prompts her to brush more carefully! If I could give him more than 5stars, I would! He is just fantastic! I've been thinking about fixing my teeth over 5 years however, because of the cost, time, and problems I have to deal with. Usually once I started they held me back. I also wanted to go with someone I could trust and feel comfortable. I went to 7 orthodontists before I decided to come to Dr. Davis. I have gone to some orthodontists in America and some in my country. They all told me it's very difficult and it would take a long time(3 years!). They also told me I have to take some teeth out. I finally decided to go to the orthodontist near my house. (Which told me I have to take 4 teeth off and Drs always look so not welcoming) Then, one of my friend told me about Dr. Davis and I thought I have nothing to lose, so I visited him. Dr Davis was so welcoming and very knowledgeable. I can feel he is the best I can have! I told the other orthodontist to canceled and started coming to Dr Davis. He always explains what's going on with my teeth and if I have some questions, he would explain until I feel ok. He encourages me always and his gum surgery decreased the time of my process much shorter(he has patent)! I've been wearing aligner for over a year. My teeth look much much better. I can smile big that makes me feel good. If you were nervous and don't know which Dr to see. I highly highly highly recommend Dr.Davis. People start telling me I have great smile. There are dentists out there that have the "It's the highway or my way!" attitude when it comes to patients. That was my experience before coming to Dr. Davis. Dr. Davis explained all the options I had before going through with a procedure. Also during the process, he explains what he's doing as he goes along. He also gives tips for at home and at work dental care which have proven to be invaluable. My dental health has never been better. I only ever had one dentist before Dr Elliot Davis and he was my family dentist back in Miami. When I was growing up, I was in a horrible accident where I fell down and injured my front teeth. The nerve in my right front tooth died and over time began to appear darker than the rest of my teeth. When I moved to NYC, I was referred by a friend who had a family member see Dr. Davis due to a similar experience and was able to leave with a perfect smile. It was easy to get an appointment, and I was able to fill out paper work in advanced, which helped because I was able to go during my lunch break from work! The office is clean and inviting. They play good music. The receptionist, Danell is always sweet and accommodating of my schedule. On my first visit, Dr. Davis had me explain my experience in depth and took photos of my teeth and smile so we can analyze and discuss a way to fix it together. He gave me a simple whitening tray where we first would focus on whitening the Key Tooth. Without any surgery and in as little as 4 months, we were able to whiten. After going to several different dentists including NYU School of Dentistry, I was told I would need $40,000 of oral surgery to fix a 8mm overjet followed by two years of braces. I was told my deformity was too big to fix via Invisiline. As a medical professional, one of my patients recommended Dr. Davis, saying he was one of the only people who could fix this using invisiline. He took me on and without hesitation I became his client. I am just past 2 years using his technique with invisiline and I have had DRASTIC results. My overjet is nearly gone and it requires NO surgery and comparatively 75% less the cost. His office is incredible and accommodating as he has been a joy to work with. I am nearly done and I couldn't be happier. My own patients who are dentists (and were completely skeptical) still cannot believe my deformity was fixed using his techniques with invisiline.
