Immediately the vibe is off in this office. It's always overbooked. The 2 times I've come for appointments I've had to stand outside and wait almost 40 min! The first visit was a consult and Dr. Chuadhry is rude and cuts you off when you speak. Everytime I tried to talk he'd have something to say or ask which I was ready to say if he'd just let me speak! Anyway he asks if I would like an x-ray or cortisone shot. Im like, I would like both. He snarkily says that I dont have good insurance so its one or the other. Im like ok can we do the xray first then submit the authorization for the shot. Hes like an x-ray won't make you feel better. Huh? Well how does he know whats wrong with my foot? Well I stupidly go with his plan and make the appointment for the shot. I explain ive never had one is there anything I need to do. And he says no. Ok cool. 2 weeks later I come in and I see the size of the needle and all the liquids and start to get nervous. Also its important to note I drove myself to this appointment. The nurse says ill be ok and he'll be right in. He gets right to it even when im extremely nervous. I had no idea what to expect. The moment he sprays the cold spray on the spot hes going to inject I scream but he still injects the cortisone and I scream again. The pain was brutal and hes twisting my foot around as hes doing it. Then does a second injection which he didnt prepare me for! Im crying and hyperventilating. The nurse rushes in and holds my hand, at least she seems to care in that office. He then says ill be ok and it hurts but will be worth it. They say they'll call me in a few weeks for the x-ray authorization. I walked out in tears limping and drove myself home. The pain increased and increased. Please see the photos of how bad this got. A few days later I call and hes so nonchalant saying its normal to have redness and swelling and ends the call. So I trust him and wait it out. By friday night it feels like im walking with a sprained ankle the pain is excruciating and the swelling and redness is worse than ever. I slept the entirety of Saturday and finally Sunday my husband took me to the ER. The doctor ordered an x-ray and ultra sound and stated that's all they can do to follow up with the doctor since its his specialty. I email pictures and no one gets back to me then Wednesday I call in again and he says nonchalantly that he THINKS I may be allergic and to just rest and take pain meds. I have 5 kids and a job I cant just take pain killers and lay around. And he ends the call. By friday before closing I call and speak to the caring nurse who says that she can try and squeeze me in Monday and that shes so sorry im going through this. We'll I agreed to come in because this time ill have my husband with me to advocate and support me. Well I just received a text that its against policy to have anyone with me. So here I am writing this review. I want to warn you all not to waste your time and energy and possibly leave worse than you came in like myself. Ill have to go through my doctor to see another specialist but ill definitely be reporting this doctor to the state because he cant just get away with this. Please see all the pictures below. I have been going to this office for about 4 years. This is definitely a 5 star office, the staff is friendly and very attentive. They work as a team and give the best service for a patient. I have even called a couple times and was able to get an appointment the same day I called (if it was by 10am, haven't called any later). They are available M-F from 9-5? and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. And they do take Insurance. And as for Dr Levy; This guy is an amazing Dr. He listens to his patients, and explains procedures & preventions. One visit, I had this bad pain in my heal and thought maybe it was broken because I had previously took a 16 mile walk & thought I had over did it since I wasn't in the best shape to do this. Once he walked in he looked at my shoes and asked if those were the shoes I used to exercise. I had replied that they were, and he said that was the problem. seriously, I thought.... "ok, he is having an off day & doesn't want to deal with this shit" LOL. He said I needed better shoes..(p.s. , the ones I was using were on sale from Big 5, SMH...Big mistake). Anyways I took his advice and bought some good shoes he recommended...., this pain that had bugged me for about 2 weeks started slowly going away, WOW!!! So today I went in for an ingrown toenail. I didn't feel a thing as he cut away the part that had overgrown into my flesh about 1/8 of an inch. I highly recommend Dr Levy!!! Dr. Levy is a local podiatrist. Long story short they kept canceling my appointments last minute literally same day of appointment due to insurance issues they claim there wasn't something they could of did on there end.The medical assistants are actually really rude and seem incompetent and not caring in helping in your situation already in 2nd trimester and still won't help to be seen there (not a new patient here). They gave me the run around telling me to change my insurance once it was , there was always a problem. Something is off with this place his front office staff has changed, and it seems he hired new grad students with no experience or compassion for pregnant women. This place was my go-to for all my pregnancy care, but after I was treated this way, the attitude I was given was very unprofessional it made me realize all the negative reviews are true. I am so disappointed i will have to find a new obgyn. I've had Dr. yashapour for all my children's births and it's very sad that in my second trimester I would have to see someone new. Also the inside waiting room does not look welcoming with very few seats. Update 4/26/2025 This clinic has not followed up with me regarding there "reason" to cancel my appointments. Reason being they needed referral approval first from medical to be seen.
