They have left rock and material piled up in front of my house for 2 weeks. I have a reciept for the money etc. Also documentation and home surveillance from my home security system of all work done and witnesses which is neighbors and family. He has given several excuses with no results. He has NO equipment, his word is NO good at this point. He has until Friday to give back 2000.00 .I am allowing him money for the hours worked,and 25 feet of fabric they layed and rock removed. He Cut the sod but forgot to put the blade down in alot of areas. If he doesn't have my money by Friday I am pressing criminal charges. I reported to the BBB. Our city council sent out notice that we had to reduce water usage. I tried to change mine on the controller and jacked it all up. I called the people who laid the sod and got a message to call back on Monday. Called the landscaper and got the same message (plus it was a holiday weekend). To add to the craziness we were leaving town the next day. Googled sprinkler repair and got a dozen names. All giving me the same message to call back on Monday. Half way through the list I get Matt. He answers and tells me he can't come out but will talk me through it. On the first phase I screw up and get it wrong. He is patient and talks me through it again. We get disconnected halfway through, but I think I got it. Two hours later Matt calls me back. He's out camping and was in a dead spot but is good to go. I tell him what I did , and he still has to make corrections for me. The next day I check and the sprinkler is operating as expected. Can't say enough about Matt he is a man of character and will be my sprinkler guy for life.

Consultation with experts subsequently revealed that many plants were planted in inappropriate sun/shade locations. J & S seemingly gave us the tiniest, scrawny plant specimens they could obtain. Furthermore, we feel they advised us poorly on plant choices and gave us a terrible, off-kilter plant layout. Now, less than 2 years later, we are having EVERYTHING redone.
