Most business treat their largest customers well, especially when things go right. Well, with my job, unfortunately these guys got stuck with both. First- they were the only people I could find in the Denver Metro area who would even touch my job because it was so small. They were responsive with the estimate and got the job done quickly. Then... Mother Nature came along with incredibly high winds (60mph+) before the material had time to set in properly. They were back out in two days and redid the entire job, no arguing, no begging, no fighting. All they kept saying was "we just want to make sure you are taken care of". Who offers that kind of service these days? Long story short, don't hesitate to use these guys, they are as good as it gets!

OK, I know there is good service out there, and then there is above and beyond service. Just moved…read moreinto a new build with new sod and landscaping. Our city council sent out notice that we had to reduce water usage. I tried to change mine on the controller and jacked it all up. I called the people who laid the sod and got a message to call back on Monday. Called the landscaper and got the same message (plus it was a holiday weekend). To add to the craziness we were leaving town the next day. Googled sprinkler repair and got a dozen names. All giving me the same message to call back on Monday. Half way through the list I get Matt. He answers and tells me he can't come out but will talk me through it. On the first phase I screw up and get it wrong. He is patient and talks me through it again. We get disconnected halfway through, but I think I got it. Two hours later Matt calls me back. He's out camping and was in a dead spot but is good to go. I tell him what I did , and he still has to make corrections for me. The next day I check and the sprinkler is operating as expected. Can't say enough about Matt he is a man of character and will be my sprinkler guy for life.
