A short conversation with Tom and I was comfortable enough to send him my parts. After he had a look he came up with a great idea to install oversized valves in my cylinder head rather than replacing the seats, this sounded like a great solution for my pocketed valves. Within a week or two he was finished with the work for what I thought was a reasonable price. I have my head back, work looks good. It will likely be a bit before completing my restoration but so far I'm very satisfied with the work BBC has provided.

He's able to customize the seat to the way you like it. If you're like me and have tons of miles under your belt - It's something we take for granted and never really think about. Once you get a custom seat and realize how important the shape and material are - you realize that creating a custom seat is not an easy task. I was fortunate enough to deal with the owner Jay who was simply amazing. He showed me how the other shop charged me for XPel PPF and installed super cheap and sticky crap. Genesis took care of my vehicle, carefully removing the old PPF and working with me to select a gorgeous Profection Diamond Blue PPF. Jay is an honest guy who definitely earned my business for life. His staff is a total reflection of him and they truly care about what they do to your car. The funny part is I went to SC Audio , their price was higher but the sad part is they wanted to be paid in advance. That turned me off. Also I wasn't charged with a credit card fee. Now the other items we discussed was working on my motorhome. I told him I needed to change the captain seats out because of the skin is peeled away, and I told him how painful some other rides can be because of California's horrible highway system. Jay came up with memory foam and was gonna do a few other things to make the ride more comfortable and less stressful on the body. The other reason I went, there is my neighbor who has a fifth wheel had wrap skin put over the front of it where it was blistering. I do have some blistering and we discussed that and Jay is going to take care of that as well. Do I recommend this company? Absolutely he did what he said he was gonna do. He charged what he said it would cost. He didn't increase any prices there were no surprises.
