I've used them several times for tire replacement, rotating, and also tire assessments. Their prices are great! I have a rare tire size, so when I contact them in the morning, they're able to get the tire in by afternoon same day, and put tires on before closing. I also have tires rotated here, always super easy. And also have had a couple of mishaps that I wanted them to check to see if I needed a new tire, one was a valve stem problem that was taken care of immediately with no charge, the other was a sidewall damage that they looked at and said it was good to drive again no charge--very honest and straight forward. You can't get better service than here. I have gotten my tires here so long, I remember when it was Four Day Tires... The owner, Alex is just an all around great guy. He knows all his repeat customers, is a charming fellow and will let you know if it is time to get new tires, or if you can skip a purchase for a few more thousnd miles. Alex has been turning more of the day to day running of the shop to his son. If you hit a day when he is there, your enjoyment of the experience will be increased tenfold. I have always been very satisfied with the tires they select for my cars. I also pay the small fee to get their guarentee. You bring the car in every 5 or 6 thousand miles and they check and rotate your tires for free. Also lets you have free repairs if you run over a nail or screw. The guarentee has really been a great buy in my experience. Service is quick, I usually drop by and am out in less than 15 minutes for a check, and a half hour when I get tires. If they are busy, they will let you know and set up an appointment. They usually have what you need in stock, but if you have a special type of tire, they can order it. read more

The staff quickly noticed that the tire had a modest bulge indicating that the tire was failing and recommended replacement. We are regular customers, and always look forward to a friendly chat with Alex, and an entertaining scolding when my husband went over 5000 miles between rotation/check-up on his camry tires. 5 day gives a good deal, and locates unusual tire sizes for my husband's various trucks and our Miata. When I bought a new car, the tires wore out in 20,000 miles, but the ones I bought from here made it through the warranty period. I called them up beforehand to find out if they took walk-ins for alignments and they said yes so I drove on in. I arrived at 4pm (they close at 5) and was initially worried I might not be getting there early enough but they were able to do the job in only about 30 minutes! The staff was very friendly and professional and I'm happy with the results. I mean, I guess only time will tell to see if my tires wear evenly but so far I'm a fan and I think I'd order tires from them next time too. It seems like it's easier to get quick work done here than other places I go. Easy to find and adequate parking space in the lot. We recently moved to Ventura and it was time for tires on our Audi A3. Of course we wanted to ONLY patronize a local "ma & pa" shop...or in this case a local "son & pa" shop! We live just a few blocks from 5 Day Tires so as my husband was walking by one day he stopped in to check the place out. He was given a quote quickly and with NO UP-SALE. Just the tires he had already researched and knew he wanted. About a month later, my husband had some time in his schedule to have the tires put on so he called the shop and they set up an appointment in just two days. We dropped off the car, tires were put on. And a phone call to my husband to tell him to pick up the car was made all within a couple hours. No added charges, just what we were quoted. The service was prompt, the service was friendly and the tires are awesome!! They even offer a wonderful warranty. And they let us know that Michelin was having a rebate which we've already sent off to receive. And to top it off a week later, Andre called just to see how the boss (that would be ME!!) was liking the new tires. Service like this is hard to find anymore. Go see Alex & Andre. First timer at 5 Day Tire and this will be my go to tire and brake shop from now on! Johnny took excellent care of my '05 Honda Element. I got new tires with an alignment. I also mentioned some front end noise and after advise, had them replace a majority of my steering and front suspension components. The car feels somewhat new again. Most, if not all noise was gone as soon as I picked up the car from them. I was very please. And the turn around time was awesome! I had the car back the same day with all the work done. First off, the owner is ridiculously prompt with estimates and getting back to the customer via the Yelp app. I loved that. They had next day availability. Then, as I was leaving to get my front tires replaced, I got a flat! Not realizing that I sort of live on a little bit of a slope, I totally messed up trying to change my flat tire by myself. It kept slipping off the jack. Finally, with frustrated tears, I gave up and called the store. The owner said he'd swing by and put on my spare--no problem. He was there like 15 minutes later. I couldn't believe it! Who does that?? Then, they did a stellar, quick, super reasonably priced (best out of all the estimates I got) job and then DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE HOUSE CALL! What?! I couldn't believe it. In an age where it truly feels like everyone is out to scam you or charge you or just basically rip you off, this place is a throwback to the good 'ol days of awesome service and care. Literally, I've never had a better experience with a tire store in my life! THANK YOU, GUYS! I had some tires shipped here and unfortunately there was some bad communication with the 3rd party seller but nonetheless 5 day tire store helped me out. Only 3 tires out of 4 got delivered and they got the 3 one but the 4th took some time. Once it got here though they had me in and out in less than 20 min. The young man that took care of the front then proceed to tell me he'd cover the install of the one tire and it definitely made my Christmas. I can't say there are many businesses that do that so y'all should definitely come here and support them indefinitely. read more

I can not recommend these folks enough. One example (of many) is that I hit a 2 x 4 on the 101 and it put a big bulge in a tire. I pull I to 5 Day, they order the replacement, slap on a used temp tire, write down my number and tell me they'll call when it arrives. No other paperwork or payment required.
