The problem is they damaged my driveway and now refuse to pay for the repair. Long story: Months ago I damaged the edge of my 200ft driveway closest to the septic tank by driving off the back edge causing a crack approximately 18" long with my full size pickup. When we scheduled our latest septic service we asked that the driver bring pads or mats fearing the truck may have to drive off the same area to get close to our tank. The scheduler said they would make a note and notify the driver. When the driver arrived he backed down our driveway and as he adjusted the truck in the position he wanted the front wheels went over the edge in 4 spots causing major cracks to the side of the driveway more than 50ft from the area I was concerned about, due to the weight. After the service, and once the truck was moved I noticed the damage and notified the driver, "Abe" who stated he was "the one who always breaks stuff". He acknowledge the damage, took photos and wrote it on the invoice at my request. He forwarded the photos to the office. Now after several emails and phone calls, Abe is saying he merely drove over an already damaged area. This is completely false and they continue to argue about having to pay for the repair. Beware. John worked in the rain with a positive and calm attitude for about 40 min. He worked to troubleshoot the issue testing several possibilities. Eventually he cleared the clog and diagnosed the root cause. He cleaned up everything and went on his way. The price for an after hours call was more than fair. The office called to schedule the follow up appt needed the next day. With in a few more days John and Eric came to Jet the lines to resolve the root cause of the issue, showed me on the camera view of work completed and explained everything in layman's terms. They were again pleasant and timely. The fee for the jetting service was also very reasonable. Appreciate their courteousness and professionalism through this issue!

Had a new sink to install and the new drains were about 5 inches farther back then the previous…read moresinks drains. So all that needed to be done was to cut the drain pipes under the sink and use a coupler to put it back together. It's an easy fix that I could do myself but I had other projects to do and I honestly just didn't feel like doing it. Also when I shut the water off to the sink I also noticed the valve had a small leak so I asked for the quote to include that also. I was quoted $950 for these simple fixes. I politely told them no, they charged me nearly $80 just to come and look and sent them on their way. I went to the hardware store paid $12 in parts and had the issue resolved in an hour and 30 minutes. Something the "pros" would have been able to do in about half the time I'm sure.
