At first, they sent Roland, who was very pleasant and friendly on the phone. However, after I waited about 45 minutes, I got a call from Manuel letting me know he was coming. After confirming with Roland (who could not come after all), I waited a little longer for Manuel. He was a super nice guy with a very sunny disposition. I was certain something was terribly wrong with our engine, but Manuel charged the battery and that did the trick so we could drive the car ourselves to a mechanic for a new battery.
