First, I had a negative experience in this store. I feel, as a consumer, I have the right to an opinion of said business. While shopping here there was a store clerk that was more interested in the ability to make an impression on two young female patrons rather than offer ANY assistance or acknowledgement to anyone else in the store. I felt neglected as a customer and wrote a review reflecting this. Second, my review was responded to with an extensive message confronting me about my opinion. Not cool. Third, I was personally messaged on my facebook account and confronted again about my review. Very uncool. In my opinion this is just not a way to conduct businiess. I feel that there is an underlying condition going on here and it may have a common source. I myself will not be returning to the store and wish to not be contacted regarding this review by the owner, again. read more

Just walking in the door to the Dreaming Peddler puts me in a good mood. The owners are so lovely and have a deep reverence for everything mystical and magical. Some shops I've been to all across the west coast have similar offerings, but the vibe check at the door can be waaay off. Not here! They love their shop and take great care and joy in communing with their customers. Oh and Mimi makes incredible music! Soul stirring, heart shaking music. Grab a CD, chat with them about their incredible moldavite collection, and follow that little whisper in your heart to any corner of the store you feel called to. I've shopped in this store ever since I found it and I love going in. They are really nice & answer all my question, even when I forget and ask the same question again (have no short-term memory due to former illness). They never make me feel bad for doing it, they listen and have a wonderful selection of stones, jewelry, cards, incense and other unique items.
