Bins being filled up by people from outside and the park manager thinks it's us. We see cars and trucks pulling in but she's blind. They just put up a sign telling us to keep our trash until the overflowing bins are emptied (once a week), and threatened us by saying we're on video if we leave our trash there. They put the "trash"into "trailer trash!" We don't get the services we're paying for here.

It's a lot like, it's not what you know but who you know to get help or resolve an issue without being threatened but the park is kept clean and neighbors are friendly. We have had some crime with naughty people shooting out car windows also trying to steal packages off of porches but that seems to go on all over El Cajon. For the most part I like living here just wish we had better security around the holidays

The park is clean and they will expect you to do so and I love that. There's wilderness close by and you don't want people having their mess and be full of rats or I don't know what else. They have rules like any other park or association and you want that. You don't want to be in a mess with parties with super loud music when you need to work the next day or your kids are sleeping. We haven't heard or see any problem and you just have to look around and see the maintained guys and gardeners working. You just see people walking their dogs. I'm happy here.
