It's a lot like, it's not what you know but who you know to get help or resolve an issue without being threatened but the park is kept clean and neighbors are friendly. We have had some crime with naughty people shooting out car windows also trying to steal packages off of porches but that seems to go on all over El Cajon. For the most part I like living here just wish we had better security around the holidays

The park is clean and they will expect you to do so and I love that. There's wilderness close by and you don't want people having their mess and be full of rats or I don't know what else. They have rules like any other park or association and you want that. You don't want to be in a mess with parties with super loud music when you need to work the next day or your kids are sleeping. We haven't heard or see any problem and you just have to look around and see the maintained guys and gardeners working. You just see people walking their dogs. I'm happy here.

Worst decision I could have made was using MH Connection. I will never paint all agents with the…read moresame brush. Each is responsible for their effort and for their failures as well their successes. In my case it was a case of most of what was said was not correct or true. Just my opinion but shouldn't a real estate agent/company be at expert level of communication? Large sums of money are on the line and peoples lives are in a state of movement. Factual communication and truth are EVERYTHING. Sadly I got little of either with MH Connection. I was beyond helpful in trying to get my home sold. I was on time, every time with getting things done and facilitating the process. Apparently my buyer and agent, I'm guessing the buyers agent also didn't care to do the same, didn't care to do their parts. Dates were given. Escrow length was set. I was promised I would walk away with a set amount after costs. The reality was that the escrow date close was far from accurate causing us to have been ready to move out almost 3 weeks before it actually closed. The afternoon we were to close my agent advised me the buyer had paper delays. Yes....That same day! I had no indication the buyer was not keeping up. I had no indication the close date she gave me was not happening. For the next almost 3 weeks I was told things were moving and we should be able to close well before the new close date. Nope. Didn't happen. The day finally arrived when I was told escrow might close. IT DIDN'T. The next day I was told it was probably closing today and that escrow was going to call me. Escrow did call and the woman I spoke to said it would NOT likely close today. I chose to believe her since my agent had been wrong so much. At about 3:15 p.m. I got a message from my agent saying escrow was closing. I checked and had no deposit yet so no it was not closing for me. I checked my account again at about 3:40 and my money had been deposited. I was beyond disappointed to see that the amount was almost 8,000 less than I told my agent I needed to come away with. I had told her this at contract signing and again when the buyer wanted help. I told her clearly I would help only of I still walked away with the set amount after costs. SHE KNEW THIS! I messaged the agent and I let her know my funds had been deposited. It was not 3:47 pm. I said I could be out tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. Her response??? "The contract says you are supposed to be out by 4 p.m. on the day of closing.". So technically in 13 minutes!!! I said I would head home, pack and get out asap. We packed our cars as if being evicted and left. Less $8,000 that I was told I would get. MyH Connection agent was not watching out for me, HER CLIENT, and instead seemed content to let the buyer steam roll me with his time schedule and his financial savings and not mine. This experience with MH Connection left me angry, disappointed, unsupported, and frustrated. Many nights of sleep were lost and my wife's nerves were a mess. Poor communication...Untruths....Loss of money...Lies. Use MH Connection at your own risk. I lost big and I didn't deserve it. By the way...The buyers agent was also with MH Connection! My feeling is they just wanted the deal to go through no matter what do that they could get t their commissions. I can't say anything good about MH Connection and the people I dealt with. How can you be off by $8,000 dollars?
