Not only did the owner reneged on her word, those trailers that did get moved out and spaces could not be filled with new manufacture houses, were replaced by RV's (recreational vehicles). God bless those people that can't afford to live in a newer manufacturer home but with these decisions to allow RV'S has contributed to the drop of value in my manufactured home. It shows on County Records that this park IS a "MOBILE HOME PARK"and NOT an RV park. Capri Lodge is considered as a Family Park in which kids are welcomed. The only problem with that is there is NO play area for the kids and the pool had been filled in with dirt and so called flowers. This is due in part to the owners penny pinching attitude. The Club House was once free to residents for family parties...not any more! Space rent has increased constantly due to so called COST OF UP KEEP. I used to use the laundry room all the time when we had the previous management but not anymore due to the fact it is aways filthy and there is an abandoned furniture in the clothes line area, and I quote from the manager himself "it's not my job description to clean it". The manager will write you up on nit-picky issues around your space but wont practice what they preach. I believe that because we don't have a grounds keeper...

There is zero communication the rules laws prop 33 for mobile homes are neglected this has become a serious issue for seniors safety being the utmost priority in a senior mobile home park. Projects that started at least 1 1/2 years ago have left behind pipes sticking out of the ground our plants removed water shut off and without the legal written notice 72 hours, they have had their we maintenance men addressing gas lines this is also a violation of prop 33. Our son is a Fire Caption he was appalled and took the proper action to ensure SDGE were the only ones to fix gas lines. He did not want to get a call of gas explosion. The management ignores these and other potentially dangerous situations they go un noticed the office is their home his is on the verge of elder abuse Im a medical professional do not live there bought a home for my spouse, For any concern regarding gas etc you must fill out out a complaint form. Per health and human services this could be violation of senior living, Also per fire code their are to be 2 exits. their is 1 the other is locked should a fire god forbid occur their would be extensive destruction and death

There is only ONE SINGLE DISABLED PARKING SPOT and the manager's able bodied son is ALWAYS parked there - as a matter of fact i have seen him put cones and warning tape around the spot. Bullcrap! I have called Star management several times and still no response. It's a s**t show. And. I'm disappointed and irritated. This park and Star management doesn't care about its tenants, period.

They have repainted the street addresses, surveyed and marked the property lines, trimmed all the dead trees, and surrounding plants in park areas, pruned all the palm trees in the park, remodeled the whole laundry room area, started a monthly coffee and donut meet and greet (where a speaker comes and talks about a topic), security guard patrolling at night, security lights around the main office area, put up a new fence to utilize wasted space next to the laundry area...These are just some of the things I've noticed. I am very grateful for our manager, Kendra, and all the hard work she puts into managing this park. So far, I have no complaints or regrets about living here. The park is clean, well maintained, quiet and has beautiful views.

Very family friendly community, very quiet and the neighbors are all very kind and neighborly. This has become a great community to live in and we have been here since 2019. The park is clean and they will expect you to do so and I love that. There's wilderness close by and you don't want people having their mess and be full of rats or I don't know what else. They have rules like any other park or association and you want that. You don't want to be in a mess with parties with super loud music when you need to work the next day or your kids are sleeping. We haven't heard or see any problem and you just have to look around and see the maintained guys and gardeners working. You just see people walking their dogs. I'm happy here.
