When I arrived home, I noticed that in the fancy box it comes in one of the bottles had a half broken seal and was leaking. Those were the only two bottles in stock and they refuse to initially exchange. They later agreed to exchange, however only with a same item that would not arrive in time for a Christmas gift. I tried to exchange for another item of equal or more value, expecting to pay the difference but they would not work with me. I had to go to another liquor store in order to buy the same bottle to give as a gift and out money now. They are really making me go out of my way to dispute the charge on my credit card at this point. Awful way of doing business, especially during the stressful holiday season. Today I walk in and another hard to find spirit is there calling my name! This is how a business keeps their customer base happy. Many of these reviews seem tied to 1 rude cashier, however all I can say is they were not there when I was there. Moreover, every member of the staff--from the cashier to the manager to the other workers--were very friendly. Furthermore prices were reasonable with some things slightly high and some low.
