My cuticles and gel placement look amazing every time. Aside from the first visit when I started with bare natural nails which aren't as grippy, I've never had any chipping or lifting (and the first time, I only started getting some lifting after 3 weeks!). I go 3-4+ weeks between appointments, cook/do dishes/use a lot of hand sanitizer at work. My nails feel so healthy and strong. I usually stick to solid colors, but this last visit I wanted something special for Chinese New Year. I showed Aisha a set off pinterest and she replicated it perfectly! Really competitive prices. Beautiful salon drenched in natural light. Love how easy it is to book appointments online. Definitely give this place a try.

There is nothing she can't do, any design, any color- you name it. Besides being a perfectionist at nails, Nadya also keeps high standards when it comes to hygiene and cleaningness. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly been booked with Binbin Xia, and each appointment with her has been uncomfortable. I'm a quiet, polite client, I ask for advice when needed, and I always tip well for good work. Despite that, her communication has often felt rude, impatient, and dismissive. At times, her frustration and negativity were so obvious that I considered leaving mid-service. It's disappointing because the actual nail results are good, and I've had a different technician there who was lovely and collaborative. But customer service is a major part of the experience, and the way I've been treated by Binbin has made it hard for me to want to return. I hope she learn to respect and at minimum exhibit kindness to the person across from her. It can help make the experience so much better for both parties.

Came here without an appt for a pedicure for myself and a little moon for my 6 year old. The staff…read moremade accommodations to take us immediately and it was very nice. We were given a choice of polishes. Some came with an additional charge. We went for the one that dried within 5 minutes for an additional $10 each. My daughter and I sat side by side and had our manis. From start to finish the pedicures took about 30 mins. While my technician was applying polish, I noticed it was unevenly coated on 2 of my nails. It was supposed to dry in 5 mins and after 7 mins I touched the uneven coat and it smudged. I asked the technician to fix it and she did. We waited about 10 mins for the polish to dry, my daughter waited longer since her pedi was short. When we got home her polish is completely smudged. Overall I enjoyed the experience but dont think this is for me. Even looking closely at our toe nails long after they dried, there are spots of missing polish on my feet and smudges on my daughters decal.
