We had the same tree guy for years and he moved. Finding a new one who we trusted was a task. We interviewed 4 or so... when Jose came over I knew he was trustworthy. Scheduled for the next business day. Our trees were neglected to say the least. They trimmed 2 king palms, 1 other and cut one down. They worked so hard! Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! We have used Trevor and the Branch for years. I did make a mistake and tried someone else one time,…read moreand I do mean mistake. The crew at the Branch never uses spikes to climb your trees. They don't ever go in and just start hacking limbs off any tree. They are true arborists and understand how to shape a tree to keep it healthy. And they are aware of any fragile plants under your tree and I have never had my plants damaged. (Unlike that one time I used someone else, I swear that guy stomped on stuff, and my palms still have spike scars) Use the guys who know what they are doing. And respect your landscaping.
