I had a massive sprawling tree perilously overhanging a structure with an interlocking corrugated roof. Which means damage to any portion of the roof could require dismantling much or all of it for a hefty sum. About three tons of branches needed trimming back. Pedro's crew showed up and set up a system of rigging that allowed a controlled descent of any cut branches. They didn't rush things to make the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time. They'd take time to girdle a heavy branch with a series of technical knots to assure it couldn't slip or sway in an unexpected direction. The climbing spikes (gaffs/spurs) the tree trimmer used on my palms were way too aggressive, leaving deep gouges and potential disease risks. I've never had a tree service leave behind such gigantic gouges in my palm trees. If you use this service, insist they switch equipment so they are not harming the tree trunks. I do want to add that they shaped and trimmed my palms in a very attractive way, and I was very pleased until I noticed the gouges. read more

About 6-8 months ago, Pedro installed some grass in my front yard. It's a small area, about 200 sq ft. They also had to relocate a few sprinkler heads. The next day one of the heads broke. They did come out later that week to fix. The grass looked good for about 1 month. I water regularly and used the recommended fertilizer. The real problem is my grass is now dying. I hired them for tree removal which they were timely and did a good job. They gave me a flyer of other services they perform. After 6 calls and texts to them telling me they would come out.
