What astonished me, was Noe's commitment to making sure my new lawn was perfect. He returned periodically and even asked if he could mow my lawn ( I was still doing my own mowing) because he felt, I wasn't properly caring for new grass! Over the years, I've consulted with Noe and hired him to do masonry and other landscaping related jobs. N & O also has been handling our snow removal and doing an excellent job! This spring, I decided to let them take over the mowing and it was the wisest decision I've made regarding our landscaping! Our lawn and flowers look great and I think our resale value has doubled! This is not my tree nor am I the owner, and while the impacted neighbor had every right to to cut branches that were problematic for her building, you are required to clean up all of the debris. I gave them access, I said to one of the crew members, "you're going to clean this up right?" He looked over and said "oh" and left. At worst, this would be considered illegally dumping, at best, I would just call it sloppy.

A bike carrier hitch failed on my vehicle while I was driving at highway speed. The carrier and bikes came off, landed upright, and spun around in the roadway. This could have caused a major accident. Jose, who happened to be nearby, avoided hitting it, stopped traffic, and took control of the situation. He carried the hitch and bikes to the side of the highway and then helped me safely navigate backing down the shoulder so I could retrieve everything. He had absolutely nothing to gain by helping me. In fact, he put himself at risk to protect other drivers and help a complete stranger. I tried to give him $50 as a thank-you, and he refused to accept it. All he asked was that I leave his business a good Google review and refer customers to him. Jose is a prince. Honest, brave, calm, and decent. This could have had a much worse outcome, and we were very lucky he was there. Based on his character alone, I would trust him and his business completely. Adrian Santos from East Coast Landscaping and Property Manager did an excellent job on my Spring clean-up. He removed all the leaves as well as fallen branches. He cleaned the flower beds in the front and the overgrown weeds in the Fruit cage in the rear of my home. I had no issue with the quality of his work. Yes, he performed the job alone; nevertheless, I know I received as good of or better results than I would have received from a larger organization. His prices are reasonable so for the reasons I have listed above. I will most certainly retain his services again through the Spring and Summer.

He did a mediocre job, never leveled the yard and has been stringing me along for months to come fix the areas he did not do properly.
