We came in for an emergency visit for my husband, and from the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. The office is clean, professional, and comforting. Even though they couldn't do the extraction the same day, they immediately helped him with pain relief and scheduled the earliest possible appointment for his broken wisdom tooth. What impressed us most was the level of care--we were so pleased with the experience that I scheduled my mom's cleaning right away, and they were able to coordinate both appointments on the same day at their Fremont location. Everything went smoothly, and they even followed up with a phone call to check in on how both my husband and my mom were doing. We're grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. Finding a dentist now a days is difficult, this establishment has different Dentist that will randomly check you, Dr Salas and Asst Butch sarcastically speak as if they are assisting you but was doing the total opposite, I just simply confirmed if they had the correct tooth - of course the Dentist got so upset, i went with the flow just to get it over with; the weight of the hands is like the weigh of the world towards your face. All together messed up with the sprayer that got all over my neck and ears! I would not recommend this Dentist, I would rather go to Fremont. I dont even want to give a star but it wouldn't let me place a review. They're all about the latest tech to make sure your diagnosis is spot on and your treatments are as painless as possible. It's like dental care from the future! Update to my prior review. The first time I came in, I waited close to an hour before being seen. I chalked that up to just a one time thing, but the second time I came in, I once again waited a little over 30 minutes before I was called in. This place operates like a factory - once one patient leave, they quickly clean the station and usher in another person. I'm not a fan of this type of service, as my previous dentist gave me the white glove treatment and I felt like it was almost like a concierge service. Maybe I'm just spoiled now, who knows. However, another red flag that popped up this time was them preparing themselves to do a full Xray workup of my mouth, when I had literally just done all of the Xrays 6 months ago. They said "oh, you're due for the xrays" and I said "So, your policy is to do full xrays every 6 months instead of once a year like at other places?" And after that, they said "Ok, we don't have to do xrays this time." I've been to places like this before, where all they care about is just billing your insurance to make an extra buck, rather than place the patient's health first. The cleaning took twice as long as I'm used to (mind you, I have no cavities or difficult plaque or anything, just the same stubborn coffee stains that build up over the course of the prior 6 months), and they didn't even remove all the stains. My other dentist would have gotten rid of everything in half the time. After giving this place a second chance, I decided I'm better off driving a little further and going somewhere where I feel like the service is more personal and detailed. read more

This place used to be good but seems as if they always overbook themselves and rush clients in and out. Quality I believe is the worst Dr.Elsa suggest procedures that are not required and always do a half done job and says you are booked another appointment so we'll finish the rest then and get mad or upset when you feel pain even when they tell you to mention if you feel pain and that you are hassling them when you return with pain or unfinished procedures because you were rushed out.Seems as if they rather have income than loyal clients that are happy. I still have a high crown that needs to be adjusted but will not go back because I am scared they will not do good quality and rush me out again. This office was very cleanly and took many covid precautions which I appreciated. After waiting about 30 minutes to be seen, I came to the office to get a fixed retainer removed and a teeth cleaning. The assistant did the cleaning first which I though was a little strange but didn't budge. The doctor then came in very quickly and told me they didn't have time to remove my retainer. I was a bit unsettled because this was the main reason I made the appointment. They said they could see me later this same day so I agreed to come back. When I returned, a person I assumed was the dental assistant removed my retainer seamlessly, she it felt very thorough. Shortly after the doctor came back to check the work, the doctor then started filing away at the area where the retainer used to be very aggressively. I flinched and she eased up a bit. Immediately after she was done, the back of my teeth felt super thin. It's now months later and my whole bottom row is super sensitive to hot and cold drinks. My teeth ache now, and If I wiggle the teeth a bit with my fingers they feel so thin like they could break. This experience was terrifying and I will never come back here read more

My family and I have been coming here for the past 5 years. We've moved 30 miles away and now 50 miles away from here and we still come here twice a year to take care of our pearly whites :D :D I've been to some shady dentist in Daly City before. They claimed they couldn't clean my teeth and my husband's unless we spent all this money on some procedures they say we needed before they will even clean our teeth. Since I've found Dr Elsa and her team, they're the only ones I trust to take care of my teeth and my family's. They don't suggest unnecessary things done to your teeth just to get more money from you and your insurance. They always remember you, too so you feel very comfortable. My kids get a toy whenever we go there and a goodie bag of toothbrush, floss and toothpaste. Although the past 3 times we've had the kids cleaning, they didn't have kids' toothbrush and toothpaste instead they gave them adult ones but no biggie :D Dr Elsa, Front desk: Sheena and I think Angel? Is her name and almost all of her staff are just so sweet, friendly, warm and patient. Their text and reminders every 6 months really work! Thank you!
