How can you go from 2 weeks out to 5 weeks (after charged for merch) and then in a few hours--already shipped? This was all within a 24 hour period so I am not believing this to be true. I tried to call their number in Fulton and their mailbox is full. No one will answer the phone. Not professional. I did hear back finally and they said they had "thousands of orders" and all they could do was call their warehouse to ship to me quickly but it was too late to cancel. Makes no sense. If you had time to call your warehouse, you could have cancelled it. Now I will have to work with Faire to return it. I read another review that said "elitist" and agree with this.

They did a beautiful job. This is the only place I would go--the front store full of fake flowers isn't our thing (though they do have live plants and nice pots), but the framing shop is independent, been around a long time, and really know what they are doing.

Recently I was looking for small bike for my grandson. There were two that were marked as clearance…read moreat 50.00 and 70.00 dollars . I asked an employee to check to see if the price was correct. It was showing a much higher price . We took the 50.00 bike to return desk to see if they could sell it to me for price showing where the bike was in the rack .I was told that they did not have the authority to do so, that manager would make that determination. I asked if I could speak with him. The desk called for him to talk with me. About 15 minutes later a person walked up . His personal appearance lead me to believe he was a customer not the manager. I asked him if I could buy the bike for the price that was listed . In no certain terms was he willing try to work with me . I went home and contacted Godfrey Walmart and was able to get a bike shipped to me that slightly cheaper for $50.00.Very bad experience !!!

The customer service was top notch. The shelves were always well stocked. My local Walmart now is referred to as "the out of stock store." If you have a list you are guaranteed to leave with only 2/3 of the things on that list as my current Walmart WILL be out of stock. My local Walmart must have a beacon atop of it that calls out to all those crazy "people of Walmart" to go there. We have more than our share of these people. We may have 2-3 lanes open. All the serve yourself checkouts are open. Those checkouts are backed up because no one wants to wait in the couple other services lanes actually open. Many of the staff are rude or cranky. Who could blame them? Working in those conditions. Enjoy your good Walmart because they're not all that way. We quit going except when we feel we have no choice....maybe once every couple months.
