Accords have an infotainment system that has radio, bluetooth, backup camera, etc. so this was definitely an issue. The dealership told me they had unhooked it to fix brakes, but couldn't re-hook it back because previous owner had installed aftermarket sTereo and I would need to take it to audio installer to fix . These guys got me in next day and figured out the problem . the dealership didn't reset the electronics after installing. Had nothing to do with the random wire they found. It wasn't hooked to anything! John and his guys went above and beyond to figure it out and in less than an hour on something not even audio related! Very grateful and happy everything's working like it should.
