It's a warehouse compound with many levels and rooms all with different dance music. I was impressed with all the deejays tonight. We did arrive to see Purple Disco Machine and unfortunately we didn't know the set list earlier so we were about 2 hours early. The rooftop and venue catered to quite a young group of people tonight; however, they appeared to be well- mannered and surprisingly not on their phones. This was refreshing. We grabbed a taco at the food truck before we entered because you can't leave after you enter. Hung out and waited for the deejay. The set was very good. A lot of dancing. By this time, 230a.m. the bathrooms were disgusting. All non gender. But filthy. They should have someone do a sweep every 30 minutes; especially when they have a sold out show.. outside of that, pretty special place in Brooklyn. P.s. rooftop bartenders tonight need a class in customer service. And maybe a smile once awhile. read more

This is definitely a college/hipster/younger type vibe. We came for a live dj/music on a saturday evening around 7pm. Drinks are pricey but good. I got the frozen mojito. Nice and spacious rooftop. Nice sunset and decent view. I probably wouldn't go back because I literally felt like a geriatric guest compared to the crowd LOL and the music really was not my vibe. Elswhere Rooftop is the place to be for summertime fun! Came here with some fam and friends and had a very decent time. Rushed to get there for a #chickenandbeer event presented by #jillionaire that was free from 2pm-3pm with cost after. Arrived at about 2:40pm and was expecting to be held up by long lines but thankfully, the hosts were prompt in checking people in via ID and ticket and we were able to walk right in. Up the first flight of wide open steps, we were greeted by a bouncer who let us know that there's a lounge and rooftop. We entered the lounge with two rooms and a bar where a couple of people were chilling and lounging. We used the gender-neutral restrooms and headed upstairs to the rooftop. With 84 degree weather the roof was blazing hot so we sat on the stage in the shade. And whilst sitting we met a number of people both guys and gals who had absolutely wonderful vibes. I'm talking hyping one another when twerking, and giving random cheers and toasts. The DJs were nice, the drinks sweet but not strong at all. Enough to let one feel it though. There's also a gender-neutral restroom on the rooftop and an additional bar with servers that were quick and paying attention. The best thing about this place was vibes. #positivevibesallaround I'd rather be at Elsewhere than anywhere else. Y'all see what I did there? Creative, spacious & many bathrooms lol. The rooftop adds a lit vibe if your there for a day party into the night. Went to 3 different floors and all were lit in their own way. Afrobeats, Hip-Hop (real trench music & R&B, House Music that you have to peel yourself out of if you on good drinks & anything else of your preference lol The service at the bars were great & I was surprised. They do have a new system there with paying your CC or debit card thru a wristband. Makes it a whole lot more efficient to keep the lines down at the bar. Great experience definitely drove 1hr & a half to get there but definitely worth it ! read more

Why did it take 3 hours for a show to go on? The show was supposed to start at 7pm, but it did not start until 10pm. I wasted money because I had to leave because I have work in the morning. I will not buy tickets from this venue in the future. read more

Horrible horrible management!!! Waited in line for 30 min, paid $60 to get in, went to get my wallet from the car 30 min later and was told that there is no re-entry. I know it sounds like a joke but it actually happened. Me and 7 of my friends (paying customers) were forced to leave. Great management guys!!! Keep it up. Never coming back obviously. Worst bar I've ever been too , especially one that is considered a outdoor space. They don't allow smoking and don't allow tou to go outside either. Once you're in you're in and the security are very very very rude and slightly homophobic. I don't think I'll ever come back here again, hopefully no one else is ever subjected to the discrimination like I was. read more

I personally love Elsewhere, it's a fun venue to go to. I've experienced pre-pandemic and what they're currently doing. I prefer the relaxed vibe of the roof as I'll actually have signal and it's more live music rather than concert/rave type environment. Inside is basically a dead zone because I believe that the venue is a converted warehouse. The drinks on the roof are pretty good and I think decently priced for NYC/the venue. read more

I absolutely love it here! The ambiance, the crowd, the DJ's (which have mostly been FEMALE!), and there jalapeño mango slushy's are the perf mixture of spicy and cool for hot summer days. It's a great spot to go with friends or even by yourself, the crowd is open and energetic. Def SLGBTQ friendly! Bartenders can always be better and greet with a smile :) at least. read more

I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally go elsewhere. This venue is very chilled and if you were a fan of the output rooftop parties, then you will love elsewhere. The roof area has more room to is and if you dive into the downstairs area you will find 2 more places for music. Drinks are a tad expensive, but what can you expect? it's new york city read more

Aside from the beautiful venue and great DJ set list I can't explain how disappointing the bar service was here, but I'm on here to try. I came in tonight at 8:30 for an art collective and when I arrived at the bar I found myself waiting 15 minutes to be seen. I would understand if it was extremely busy, but I shared looks with the bartender 6 times, deliberately ignored, and then when I waved towards him, he served the people who got immediate service upon walking to the bar. I was extremely disheartened and my friend and I almost left. Depending on who you are, Please take caution when attending the bar, because you will have to wait for it. read more

It was so much fun! They have so many different areas to choose from. The rooftop is beautiful, the loft area is a place where you can chill, or get away from the crowd. The downstairs area is LIT! My only complaint is their drink prices are a bit hit but what can you expect for the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn. read more

This rooftop has great views, and live DJs with a choice of other kinds of music on other floors. Nighttime ambiance is popping. We got spicy mango margheritas which were delish - wish I saw the Yelp promo sooner since they're $13 a pop!
