This company is straight up garbage. I purchased a home in late March (before closing, the outside…read moreunit had to be replaced because it was "improperly installed" and the invoice claimed a comprehensive check of the entire system) I moved in by april, and received my first electric bill in May. The bill was $1,678.70 for 1 month. The meter was physically checked and verified for accuracy. Switched off all my breakers except for A/C and saw the system pulling +100kw/hr (extremely high). Looked at the invoice that I was provided and called 3 different numbers to get someone back out to fix it. The guy put some freon in the system and just told us to keep our windows closed, change the filter every month, etc. I smelled that BS from a mile away, so I had to call a Master HVAC technician to come check the system. SURPRISE, the whole system was wired wrong! From the outside unit, to the thermostat, to the inside unit! MY HEAT WAS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME AS MY A/C. My system was fixed, and now I have working A/C just before summer, no thanks to these clowns. Don't waste your time here, they can't even install a unit on a brand new house. They don't know what they're doing or don't care. I am reporting them to the city.

He then shared his observations on why some rooms may not be getting heated/cooled effectively and gave us several free tips/solutions on what changes to make to improve our current set up. After seeing the mold, we decided it was probably time for a new upstairs HVAC system anyway so he provided us with a quote for that. We told him we would be getting a few more quotes, but based on this interaction, we found that he was super honest and offered great free advice and if his quote isn't wildly different than others, we will probably be calling him back to install a new system.
