We called on a Sunday morning and they sent John out about two hours later (our mini split needed refrigerant). That's great and all, but I still expected to get worked over. John was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He charged me the minimum to re-charge my unit ($89). I'm genuinely surprised and ecstatic that I've finally found an HVAC company that isn't trying to take advantage of customers. their pricing is more than fair, especially considering the fact that they are actually out here solving problems and improving lives. Highly recommend this company and honesty wish more companies along with their employees were as good as this company is. Never got over sold, always kept me in the loop, the tech was very helpful and always letting me know what he was doing , without me asking. The tech was very knowledgeable and also helped me depending on my budget, even a what needs to be taken care of and what can wait. Loved this experience, as most companies now a days, have no customer service and the try to get you to buy more than you need to make as much money as possible of one customer. My HVAC system is Trane 93 and was running low on refrigerant R22. I am glad I found John from Apple A/C as he refilled the refrigerant and fixed valve leak at reasonable rate to make my AC last through this summer and probably next before I plan to buy new unit. Earlier two big AC repair companies checked and told me refrigerant was bone dry and they wanted to sell me new unit. However, I decided to look to Yelp, found John and explained him my issue. I have family in from out of town and the A/C in our house kept going off and the thermostat would go blank then it would come back on eventually, I went through Yelp to find a company to come check the system; Apple A/C and Heating contacted me right away, got to me the same day and arrived earlier than they thought they would. They helped me a lot because they were going to charge me a lot of money for the same services provided. Another company was going to charge me 2,900. With this company I only paid 850 dollars. They showed me how to get a warranty and how to get the parts for free. Then they completed the job to get my a/c working correctly. Woke up on a Sunday morning and realized my AC had gone out over night. Called Apple A/C at 8am, again on Sunday, and John was at my home at 10:30am. My compressor had gone out and my unit also needed a good cleaning. John had the parts on his truck and everything was fixed and cleaned by 12:30.
