I was pleasantly surprised for a variety of reasons. 1) quick appointment scheduling- both my husband and I 2) very minimal wait time 3) the office staff crossed referenced insurance coverage, so I didn't get hit with an unexpected bill 4) very friendly office staff and Dr.Hasany herself is a gem. Gentle, understanding, informative and caring 5) She took care of an issue left over from a BAD interim dentist with no discussion or even bad mouthing of the previous dentist (many seem to like to compare their work and how much better they are) Great dentist! Always had a fear of dentist since I was a little girl. Been coming here for years! And I'm not as good about coming twice a year as recommended cause life happens. But Dr. Hasany never makes you feel guilty or bad like some other dentist. Everyone at the front to the dental assistants know exactly what it means to provide excellent customer service. Dr Ely Hasany is awesome! My daughter who just turned 4, hates the dentist. She hasn't had any problems with her teeth, but she just dreads the whole experience with someone probing into her mouth; however, Dr. Hasany and her whole staff made my daughter feel so comfortable that my daughter asked if she could go to the dentist the next day! She had her teeth cleaned, so that says a lot about her staff. The worst experience of my life and now in debt due to having to have a root canal redone by another dentist plus a crown, cat scan and so much more. She used improper filler for my canals and missed a canal all together. Did a horrible job making a crown that caused me food impaction and infection. It was bulky and oversized and she actually filed down the adjacent teeth so the crown would fit! Which has caused me more problems and possible root canal in adjacent tooth! You never touch teeth that aren't the issue! Do not see this dentist. I will be fighting her and my insurance for a long time since I am now out of pocket for all these procedures that were a result of her poor work. read more

My family and I had an amazing dentist for several years, up until we switched over to Denti-Cal. His office did not accept Denti-Cal so I looked for another dentist who did. I found Dr. Hasany by looking up dentists that take Denti-Cal. I then yelped her and all of the reviews were positive so I decided to make an appointment with her for both my friend and I. My friend went to see her and had a pleasant experience. Soon after, my mom was having a terrible toothache and went to her own dentist for a solution. She was not pleased with the service so I recommended Dr. Hasany. I decided to make the appointment for her so I called and Dr. Hasany picked up. I had many questions and Dr. Hasany was very patient with me and answered all of them herself. She even looked up my mom to see if her Denti-Cal card was still active! She was able to fit her in a few days later. I thanked her profusely for her time and patience over the phone. She responded with, "You are welcome. I just want to help my patients." My mom went to her and praised her for her patience, cleanliness, and professionalism. My mom also thinks she is the best dentist she has ever been to.
