I did not show up to my next appointment after the condition you left my hair in, I don't think anyone would at that point. You left my hair bronze and gold and you did not even have the respect to text me back when you knew I was unhappy with my hair. I believe inexperience may have been a factor. I wanted a blended pixie about an inch long. I have two stubborn cowlicks and if not cut right they will stick up. At my consult Kayce said under her breath the cost would be $100, but it turned out to be $150/hour a whopping $900 - kid you not!!! That's more than twice what I paid in CA. There's more folks: The first thing I said when I arrived is DO NOT turn me platinum blonde. This salon portrays itself as high-end, yet had inexperienced, though sweet,18 and 20 year olds attending my hair. These 3 or 4 girls overseen by Kayce bleached my hair, each doing it slightly different and being corrected on occasion. I wanted to run out, which wasn't feasible with my hair in foils. By the time I was asked my hair was to a 9 and Kayce was wanting to get it to a 10. In my head I was thinking why didn't she stop at 7? I told her to stop and that I was fine with that color. It was either that 1 color or more bleach; not really a choice. I ended up going home platinum blonde with my brand new concert t-shirt ruined as it was bleached as well. Kayce graciously gave me $30 for it. It would cost more to replace, but I was trying to stay calm and get out of there. Once I got home, I discovered the color was uneven and that even a patch of brown remained. This was not a surprise, as I explained earlier HOW the bleach was applied. I returned a couple days later to discuss but ultimately Kayce proposed to bleach my hair even more. As mentioned earlier, my goal had been to grow out my grey roots and the color treatment was intended to avoid a drastic line. I think Kayce was trying to turn every strand sparkling silver?? With the help of family, I purchased, then mixed 2 toners which ultimately achieved the look I was going for. Finally, I can leave the house without a hat as my hair looks lovely. Why couldn't Kayce + Co accomplish that? It's my sense that this salon is all about making money. I felt unease that so many stylists wore baseball caps. Being in there 3 times now I see their specialty seems to be unnaturally over-processed hair on both stylist and patrons.
