They may be good at some projects but when it comes to trim work, finish work, painting, drywall and texture and window washing, their quality of work is substandard. Also when it comes to pricing, they tell you one price and send you an invoice at a higher price They also request payment before the work is complete and then flood your inbox with invoices that show past due when the work hasn't even begun let one completed. In good faith I can't recommend hiring them. Do yourself a favor and ask neighbors and friends for recommendations and then check the quality of work before you hire someone. Sergio yes you did drop $50 from the windows and I still paid to much, if I had a ladder I could have done a better job with some windex and paper towels, the windows are full of streaks and the edges weren't even washed. I will admit the drywall repair by the vanity is good. It's the repair about the shower walls that is substandard. Aside from not prepping which lead to paint and mud dripping all over the brand new tub and shower enclosure, I don't consider slapping on on spackle and a half ass plant job a proper dry wall and texture repair. Yes you were gracious enough to touch up the caulking around the tub when asked but I had to point out all the areas Samuel missed which caused him to go back. When it comes to the door jamb being repaired, once again substandard work which you didn't complete. I will update my review with photos so viewers can make their own informed decision. And for the pricing, you solicited and and agreed to the additional work. My issue is you quote one price and invoice a higher cost. Bottom line is you're an amateur and your work confirms. I decided to go with Southern NV Handyman Services I was looking to get 2 outdoor ring cameras installed. SNHS responded promptly. Communication was on point and owner Patrick did arrive within the scheduled proposed window. Pricing was comparable to other handyman services. Upon arrival, I showed Patrick where I wanted the ring cameras installed. He also patiently walked me through the process of setting up the cameras via the Ring app on my phone. The entire project took about 90 minutes from start to finish. Along the way, Patrick continually updated me and made sure the cameras were placed in the right spot before moving forward.
