When he pointed out the damaged door, he said my door was brand new material that he's never seen before. All crap! Not true. It was damaged because he didn't center it and it ended up breaking off a piece. With that being said, he offered a small discount and told me to go to Home Depot for the wood glue and it was an easy fix. When he rekeys my door lock, that also didn't work. To wrap things up and make it worse, he didn't even have anything to clean up the wood shavings. Left my brand new house filthy with debris inside and outside. Total garbage service. At the end of all this, I had to call another company to come out and repair what he did. Not sure how this company has 5 stars but this was a total disaster and crap of a company.

I had to get back to work so I needed somebody to come out ASAP so I called 24 super tech, Locksmith, and talked to Carmen. He said he could be out within about 45 minutes to an hour. I said perfect. He came out did the job. It was only a $25 service fee to come out plus the cost to fix the lock which was very low. He was done within about 15 minutes 20 minutes-ish and now the lock works better than it did before so it won't happen again. I would highly recommend these guys based on my first service with them. Service fee was fair price to fix the lock was fair. Carmen is a really good guy and he got out here real quick and took care of the problem for me.
