My brows grew back about 40% white so she did a henna tint to make them more noticeable. The color is great. Even my husband (who was as nervous as I was) loves the look. They are very natural and even one the first day are something I can go out in public with. Her shop is hard to find but well worth it. She is very accommodating on locating her shop. Katelyn was thorough in walking me through the in-Lei Lash Lift process, as this was my first time doing any sort of lash treatment. During the treatment, Katelyn educated me on lash extensions, microblading, and teeth whitening--and their company's dedication to quality services. After 24hrs it only took one coat of mascara (regular straight lash wand) for my lashes to look curled up and "done". Before, I used a lash crimper to crimp my lashes with "5 pumps" (which I've now thrown out of my makeup routine) and 2-3 coats of mascara to make my lashes look the same level of curled and "done". The threading was extremely painful and my eyebrows ended up very thin and uneven, with a noticeable bald spot on the bottom where hair had been removed. I paid the $10 for the service but was honestly pretty upset once I saw them more closely. I went back inside to ask if anything could be done to help fix them. They offered henna, which did improve the appearance, and I do like how my brows look with the henna. However, I was still charged $20 for it (originally quoted $30), even though I was trying to correct the result from the threading. The staff weren't rude, but the technician never acknowledged that anything went wrong and kept saying she was following my previous microblading shape. Unfortunately, the bald spot and uneven shape were clearly visible. The henna is just a temporary fix while I let my brows grow out. For now, I'll likely be looking for a new threading place. No photos because I was honestly too upset in the moment to take any. I hope others have a better experience.

She cancelled on me 3 times in the same week and then refused to return my deposit when I decided to go to a different provider who wouldn't cancel on me. I booked an appointment via her website, at which time I paid for the service in full. After initially confirming it, she canceled my appointment the day I was supposed to see her with no notice, until I messaged her inquiring about it. She said she would refund my $140 but asked me to pay her a $25 deposit for the new appointment. We rescheduled for 2 days later, and she again canceled the morning of the appointment asking if we could reschedule for 2 days later. She ignored multiple texts asking what time to come. On the day of the tentative appointment, she messaged asking if we could again move it to the next day. I explained I couldn't because I'd been trying to schedule all week with her to get it done before a weekend event, and I asked for my deposit back. She refused to return it, citing the fact that her son had been ill. While I sympathize with having a sick kid, it's unprofessional to repeatedly cancel appointments the same day and then penalize the client for your own schedule conflicts. Clients are paying for the service to be on a certain day and time, not just whenever the business owner feels like it. The point of a deposit is to protect the business owner from late cancelations by clients, not the other way around. I'm now out $165 for a service I never received due to no fault of my own.

I spoke with her on the phone and told her the venue was 1-1.5 hours away and asked if that would be okay and she said yes. I sent her the address as well that same day, one month before he event. She didn't bother to check until the day of the event one hour after she was supposed to have been there. She called and said that she could not come because of how far it was. When I questioned her about the information being provided one month ago she just said that she didn't check. We had also confirmed a few days before the wedding as well. She then offered to leave then which would have had her arrive 3 hours after scheduled or come the next day the day of the wedding which wouldn't work for us. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. If she had told me when I originally contacted her I could have found someone else however since it was after she was supposed to have started her services I was left with no options and I was unable to have henna for my wedding. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
