I love the way my lashes look! I have pin straight eyelashes and had them lifted previously at various places and they always damaged my lashes BUT not this place. I've had two different technicians do my lashes and both times they came out amazing, curled, and still healthy. The location is small but convenient, always parking and inside It's super cute. I was even offered a blanket so that I could rest while I had my lashes lifted. Overall great service. read more

I would love to give them more stars, however some of my lashes started dropping immediately. I wasn't given the curl I initially wanted so I called them right after my appointment since I had to head out. I was hoping to get them redone later today but they weren't available and I have to head out tomorrow so I wasn't able to make their 48 hr free period (I don't blame them for being busy). The girl was super nice and I feel bad for giving less than a 3 star review. However I am not totally happy with the results. I was hoping to get a better curl, but she explained that it couldn't be possible with the rod since my lashes were long. Idk, I'm a little disappointed since I payed quite a bit and I'm a college student. The service was great however and super calming. Just wish the results were better :/ UPDATE: I talked to my friend who is an eyelash tech in Sacramento and I realized they did me dirty with their policy and the results were totally not okay. My eyelashes look amazing. I had been contemplating having an eyelash lift, and so, I did it! It was between this and having fake ones. I'm not a fan of false lashes, so this is a great alternative. Now my eyes look beautiful. My lashes are super curled and they look super long. If ever you are thinking about doing the eyelash thing, consider this procedure. It's easy, affordable and you wont have some foreign object on your eyelid for extended periods of time. It's amazing what this procedure does for your eyes. Now to review the incredible Sara. She's simply great! She explains the entire procedure and as she is doing the procedure, she's reassuring. She's professional and her place is very clean which is quite comforting. My goodness I love this place so much. I let Sara know that I was claustrophobic and she did everything to ensure I felt safe and secure. Before Sara, Ive been very unsure of lash lifts, let alone lash extensions. But after looking at her work, I thought about giving a lash lift a try. I had very short, damaged lashes from over curling, tons of waterproof mascara and falsies . She very professional and informative of how to help let my lashes grow up healthier, longer, and thicker. I live in LA but come to get my lash lifts in Fresno when I'm in town visiting my family that's how good they are! The environment is quaint and comfortable and they give you a knee support pillow while laying down for maximum relaxation. My eyes are hooded and my natural lashes fall straight and down but anytime I get a lash lift from here they last for monthsss. I came in from out of town. Reviewed yelp and they responded to the project promptly. I made the appointment Thursday night for Saturday 9 am. Yes, short notice but I thought there might be a 24 hour cancellation, Nope, it's 48 hours. I tried to cancel and unfortunately after speaking to Sandy there's no exception because it's in there policy, which I didn't have. I was able to move things around and made it. I enjoyed the personal touch, professionalism and the cleanliness of the office. The lashes looked nice and natural. I've had a bit fuller classic eyelashes which had a little bit more length. The special they offered was good for the end result of lashes I received. One draw back, is they had to heat up the entire room so their glue stays at a certain temperature to work. That's too hot for me, I've already passed menopause lol. The other concern is their 48 hour cancellation policy and even if you make the appointment within less than 48 hours. Reality is that there's no way to cancel 48 hours prior and theirs no exception to their policy. I'm not sure if your sick how the cancellation or rescheduling would work, there's probably a fee involved. In any case the lashes are nice. read more

I went to see Sara today for some henna brows. It was my first time getting them so I was a little apprehensive. Mostly, I was worried the color would be too dark. I expressed my worry and we decided to go with a lighter shade. She shampooed my eyebrows then she took her time making measurements. She was thorough and gave me the best brow shape I've ever had. She showed me the tracing of my brows before she applied the dye to make sure I liked the shape. After the dye was over she waxed, trimmed and even did some plucking to ensure my eye brows were perfect. She went above and beyond what anyone else has ever done. I've never heard of it, but I know personally I love the dramatic look when I get lash lifts for myself. What she offers also comes with a tint which I love! It looks like you have mascara on. I made an appointment and got my lashes done by the owner Sara. She was so personable and I was able to get an appointment fast. Every product she used smelled amazing which I found pretty amazing for eyelash products since they tend to smell pretty strong. My lash lift was done by Sara. She was great! My lashes look awesome! I would recommend her as she does explain the process well. And this is way faster than false lashes. Didn't hurt and I love that it's my natural lashes. I wished I had done this earlier and now, I can't go back to false lashes/extensions when my own can look great. Lasts for about 8 weeks or so. Sara is the eyelash Queen! Over the past few years, I had tried eyelash extensions with two others.
