The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. The yoing man who picked us up was texting us from 1 hour our of appointment all the way till he picked us up. It was like having family. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and roomy. And it looked so Limo-ish. Then we had 2 Sprinters take us to the dock. They were on time. The 2nd van needed a few more minutes but the driver was hilariously fun for my kids. We had 16 of us! After the cruise we were contacted 1 hour from pickup all the way through to "I see you!" They were like family again. Loved this service and will use them as they are family owned and operated!
