I was lucky enough to tag along on their recent international tour to Mexico which was organized by ACFEA. ACFEA knows what its doing and with their vast connections throughout the international arts world, they tailor each tour to fit each individual group, reflecting that ensemble's unique interests, abilities and expectations. On this trip to Mexico City, Tepotzotlan, and San Miguel de Allende, an ACFEA consultant organized three performances in three different venues/cities. The concert in Mexico City was a joint concert with Coro Karites, Mexico's only women's choral group. The Tepotzotlan performance was part of a concert series held in the most amazing venue: The Church of San Francisco Javier. The San Miguel de Allende performance was held at the Teatro Angela Peralta opera house, in conjunction with girls from a nearby orphanage. Not only did the ACFEA consultant set up the concert, she arranged a visit for our group to visit the orphanage where we were able to spend some time with the girls and also bring them some supplies and necessities, etc. All of these performance-related activities would not have been possible without the ACFEA consultant! The tour also consisted of five days of travel/sightseeing, which was comparable or better than that of what you would receive from most other tour companies. Now that I've been on choir tour planned by ACFEA, I understand why they are considered the best at what they do!

We went to Orcas Island, San Juan/Friday Harbor, and Walla Walla. The B&B at Orcas was exceptional - Otters Pond. The owner, a CIA chef, had the best breakfasts ever and the view from the B&B was spectacular. The B&B at Friday Harbor, Tucker House was perfectly located, and again the breakfast was delivered to our room and delicious. Their COVID protocol was exceptional. Our Walla Walla stay was at The Finch, downtown and walking distancing to all the wine bars and restaurants. Cara set up all the day trips - E Bike, Tesla Wine Taste, and the best one was the Bike and Sunset dinner in San Juan (see photo). We biked to Lime Kiln Point State Park and were served wine and dinner while watching the sun set. It was awesome. Everything was planned in great detail. I loved having the Trip Plans APP set up for everyday activity with locations and phone numbers. Cara was always there, checked up on us a couple of time. WE LOVED IT! My first, but not last time using ABHT. We are looking forward to the next trip .... Gotta come up with one!

Worst travel agent experienced in my entire life. Highly…read moreunprofessional ,after buying tickets I asked them to allocate seats for me and toddler kids. They didn't bother to do that. I found that out only couple of weeks before my flight when whole plane was booked and seats allocated. When I asked them they started giving reasons like it's not the responsibility of travel agent and advice to just take any seat now and exchange seats with other passengers once ur boarded. He didn't bother to realize how hard it already is to travel alone with little kids and moreover I now have to negotiate for seats in the plane !! I asked him to call and check with airline management maybe they could arrange something and get back to me, but since he sold the tickets and took payment in cash, it was no longer his headache and as expected didn't call back. Please avoid this agent , I have learnt my lesson , it's far better to purchase tickets online then using such lousy agents.....

We had all the paperwork ready but they also made it pretty seamless as well. She seemed to be going over everything pretty thoroughly to make sure nothing is missed. In and out in 20 minutes and fingers crossed we get our passports sooner than later!!

This is the second time we've booked hotels and flights with them and we are thoroughly impressed!! Our first trip was to Las Vegas in December, and Sofia (the lovely, dedicated owner) managed to find a deal for the W in Vegas (a 5 star hotel) for three nights, a concert ticket, and flights to and back from Seattle for under a thousand dollars. Upon arrival, we were greeted with champagne and free appetizers because this was their opening weekend. Apparently, we had gotten a beautiful (new) suite with all the amenities and two coupons for cocktails as well. Not what we were expecting for $150 a night! It was a phenomenal trip, which could not have been possible without Sofia's help. We checked back later, and found that our room would have normally gone for $300 a night! Our second trip was to Cancun in January, and she managed to score another 5 star hotel (all-inclusive, with drinks) for five nights, flights, and two day tours for under two thousand dollars. We had a private beach, beautiful room, and amazing views--but no outrageous price tag! When you book with Go Travel, you eliminate the stress of traveling and just get to enjoy the experience. We simply told Sofia our budget, goals for the trip, and preferences for flight seating and hotel style. Within an hour we had our tickets booked, itinerary ready, and a list of useful suggestions on where to go/eat during our stay. She even sent us reminders, made sure everything was ready upon arrival, and checked in on us during the trip to make sure we had no concerns.
