She's incredibly thorough, detail oriented, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her open communication too. She always gets my thoughts ahead of time and talks me through the whole process making sure I understand what we're doing and why. I stick to lash lifts and tints and when I get them done here they come out perfectly and always last the whole 8 weeks. This location has been so helpful and understanding with rescheduling as well. Especially with recent severe storms that have caused flooding. I wasn't able to make my original appointment due to this and the staff was so understanding, helpful, and kind.
