She wasn't right on the price but the rest worked and most importantly Tom's personality sold the deal. He cared and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. But the four others that came out seemed the least involved. Sell and scram. One other guy who came out offered me one price to fix the springs and immediately offered me a lower price if I had him do it right away. That approach always make me feel like someone's lying to me. I think there isn't any real bottom price. I guess people fall for that garbage approach. I hired Tom. I agreed to a 3.5% upcharge for the use of a credit card which I feel is an appropriate charge. Later that day I realized that his "app" had charged too much on the upcharge. I left a message and he returned the call. He immediately refunded the accidental amount. Mistakes happen, we all make them. It's a family business. They'll be around. I got a five year waranty with their letterhead on the warranty. Bottom line......I will use them again!

Tom arrived on time, explained to me in detail what the problem was and gave me a detailed quote. We went ahead and replaced springs, drums and cable. His quality of work was excellent. And he gave us great education on garage door maintenance during the entire process. We went ahead with a couple of maintenance part replacements in the afternoon as well.
