We were in jeans and just comfortable while at the Mall of GA for the Santabration Celebration. I was looking for maternity clothes that were more trendier. I loved the jeans and was prepared to buy them but I didn't because of the clerks attitude and demeanor. We work hard for our money and to provide for our family. We love and enjoy life and will not spend money in a place that hasn't earned our business and the negative attitude surely pushed us out of the store. I will be reaching out to my network of expectant mothers such as myself to let them know that this store is biased and to go elsewhere. We aren't hard people to please. I will be searching high and low for corporate information and I will be posting this review to the BBB as well and anywhere else as a buyer beware.

But very unfortunate to have a wasted trip but even more unfortunate that when I tried to get employees attention to ask a question I was completely ignored until finally someone turned around and yelled towards me that they cant let anyone in. Clearly I see that but it would have been nice to just answer my question on when I can pick up my order. So in order for me to get the question answered I had to call the store even though there were people within feet of me. From the time I placed my order online to the time I was alerted that my order was ready to pick up was faster than any other place I've done curbside pickup from. Seriously. It was that fast. Very impressed. You just pull up to one of the two designated spots in front of the store and call the store number and they bring out your item. They do check for ID so have that ready. Hopefully they always answer the phone as promptly as they did during my curbside visit even when they may be busier in the future. My only two gripes are: 1) I wish they had more options in sizes for curbside pickup 2) I wish they offered up curbside pickup at all the stores. I would probably be shopping more at Old Navy if they did.

I purchased an item with my credit card and received a confirmation email. Not ten minutes later, I received an email that my purchase was refunded. It took over 24 hours to reach someone at the store, which does not even have a greeting set up on their voicemail. The woman I finally spoke with told me condescendingly that the item I purchased was a pre-order item and that I should have known to call the store first. She said once my card was refunded I could try again. I asked if she could go ahead and order it now since I needed the item to arrive in time for our anniversary. She said she would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. Never did. Oh, and my card was never refunded. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Never received an apology from the owner and they never sought to retain my business despite polite attempts to reach them via phone and email. Ended up finding what I was looking for elsewhere as should you!

One very friendly and helpful sales lady was working and she asked if I needed help, but let me shop in peace when I said I was just looking. I ended up asking a few questions and asking for her help. I tried on quite a few things, and she was more than willing to help me evaluate the fit. I am petite to begin with, and as they don't have petite sizes (as most maternity stores don't), I thought I would have a hard time finding things that fit well. She was very helpful in suggesting some white crop leggings (I love leggings!) with a cute top, and she pulled out a dress that had just come in. I ended up getting it, so she steamed if for me while I was trying on other things. I came away with 3 dresses and the leggings/top outfit, plus a black cami. I had a 20% coupon but it still came up to over $400. Eek! But, I know this is what I will be wearing for the next 3 months and I'm sure I can wear most of it after the baby, too, so I figured it was worth it. In addition to maternity clothes, Due Maternity also holds seminars and things. I haven't been to any of the others, just the Meet the Doulas, where I found my doula. If you want to splurge a bit on very cute, fashionable clothes or money isn't as much of a consideration, I'd really recommend this place. I only rated it a 3, however, because it is expensive. The sales staff are wonderful though, and everybody loves to talk babies!! Beware of ordering anything online because it is a HUGE headache to return. And, they will only issue store credit for SALE ITEMS - not just clearance items, but SALE ITEMS.
