Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. During my visit again, Dr. Gaffino explained that my pain was due to the tooth needing a bit more shaving since I couldn't feel it while numb from the other day. The $295 fee was told to me during scheduling and I understood the need as the issue couldn't be found with a simple X-ray. Actually, no issue was found with an X-ray. If it weren't for the scan, my issue wouldn't have been found. With the pain I'm in, I am happy to pay to find answers. I know this gets people super mad that they have to pay it but that is an insurance problem. If you want to get to the root of your needs, this is probably very necessary. 2. From the moment I walked in the office until the moment I left, the entire staff was so kind to me. I asked questions, they answered. I even called when I got home because I wanted to clarify some items, they were completely informative and answered everything I needed. 3. I would have been able to get this taken care of the very next day if I needed it. That's always a plus considering the pain I'm in. Overall the process was smooth and painless.
