The remaining work to be completed are three implants that I will never get from this company because John Estefano, the registered agent for Humanity Dental has embezzled money from the company. He didn't pay his employees, the lease on the office space, the software license for the practice, or the utilities. I said to him the day I handed him a check for over $20k that I had a bad feeling and would probably be one of those people you see on the new who got taken advantage of. But I was eating dinner and it broke and so I had to make an appointment with my dentist. They are absolutely wonderful here, everyone here is so sweet and caring. They truly care about their patients and their teeth. I had to get a root canal done on my broken molar. I have had my share of dental trauma while pregnant for 7 months straight, so it's scary for me to go to the dentist now but you gotta do what you gotta do. I had a panic attack cause I was so nervous. They tried to give me laughing gas but it made me even more anxious so just did it without, ended up getting through a 3 1/2 procedure. They turned on a movie for me and gave me a blanket and even a massage chair with heat. They are wonderful at making you feel comfortable and cared for! I highly recommend this dentist office for dental work. My friend actually referred me here and I am so grateful he did. Thank you guys for everything for working with me and helping me calm down during this visit. So sorry I was so nervous but it's been a journey for me all around. I appreciate you guys. He showed me a booklet explaining root canal, went over every page with me, and did the work the following morning. He is compassionate, explains procedures thoroughly, keeps himself educated on new techniques, and is a perfectionist in his work. He utilizes computer-administered local anesthesia and does laser dentistry. His hygienist is tops, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. We have been going to Dr. Lewis for at least 15 years.

After my first filling, I had left the office and was under the impression that my insurance had covered it as they did not ask me to pay anything. My recent trip here was a JOKE. After he finished the filling, he tells me I owe for today. Side note, not once did he communicate to me that my insurance did not cover or that I would have to owe so much. He first tells me I owe $140 then turns around and tells me I owe $280 which I told him I didn't know that because no one ever communicated that to me. He goes on to tell me that my insurance only covers metal fillings & not the tooth colored one. I call my insurance to find out that they do cover me but up to a certain amount (which I figured). So I call him back and he then says oh yeah they do cover just not everything and I ask for a breakdown of the payment because I don't understand how it came out to 280$ when my fillings were 24$ each for 4 teeth, which does NOT equate to 280$. He caught an attitude so I reached out to my insurance.... the agent told me basically that something seemed off at that location as the dentist did not want to provide all paper work. He told me that it seemed like the dentist was trying to up charge me his prices rather than abiding by the contract with my insurance. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST, HE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY NOT HIS PATIENTS!!!!
